Anyone here using trimethylglycine (aka TMG aka betaine)?

I got sent some erroneously, 1 kg, and looks like I'll be holding onto it so I wanna see if it's worth a damn.

Some enticing data wrap-ups in these two links suggest possible benefits clinically but maybe not actually significant in the real world unless you have a homocycsteine problem and/or don't use creatine.

I haven't tried it in isolation, mainly as part of a preworkout. I can't speak of its efficacy on its own merit, research would support that it has a rather substantial endurance factor.
