Weight 155 been stuck here for 5 months
And I'm wondering a good dosage for the gear above I was thinking 200mg of tren e 400mg of test c a week and 50mg of dbol a day dbol for 8 weeks and tren/test for 12 what are your thoughts

Dbol at 100mg everyday for 8 weeks and see what that gets u first.

I know you have the same damn routine you've been following. Change it up and watch the changes your body makes.

Ok so I see a lot of people saying eat more well I've been eating 5000 calories a day for 4 months and it hasn't done anything and paranoid fitness doesn't that suck having that big of nuts man.... Any ways you've done this much longer than I so congrats on your huge nuts lol dick and no I have been giving each routine about 2 months if there are no changes I switch it up all I'm asking is a good dosage.... I and I am not a female I am a male lol

what can I do to counter the liver damage at that high of a dosage all the research I found said 50mg is good but I've never done dbol before so I do not know

Look before you go and do this anyways let me put some advice in.
First I don't recommend this since at your age you should be able to figure out how to continue to eat and train more so that you can get over the weight of a young teenage boy. How tall are you?
Second, do not run the dbol for 8 weeks, no more then 4 and do you have something for estrogen control on hand? You don't need tren at all, the test at 400 is fine if you are going to do it. That test alone should put weight on you for at least two cycles.

Ok I'm 6'2" so do the dbol for 4 weeks and test for 12 and ok I can do that see how it goes and do that and later down the road do the cycle above yea

Yeah I would like to know this as well.

Bottom line is, if you're not gaining weight you're not eating enough with or without AAS.

5000 cals is like

300g protein
200g fat
600g carbs

my meals consist of 4 mres a day for the couple days I'll send what I eat next time I get to eat real food

im going to assume since your asking this question you have already committed to jumping in to a cycle. 23 is still young but it's your choice even if it's a terrible one. But anyways Hold off on all the extra compounds one at a time so you no exactly how it treats your body. Test 500 a week. If you are really eating 5000k a day then go to 6 or 7 eat as many mres as you can. 2 per meal 6 meals a day. Except the skittles send those to me! Unless you have ran Tren before when the time comes for that run ace in my opinion so if it doesn't like you you can drop it and it will clear your body in days not wks. Once again you are young but you are a adult make a good decision here and it will help you later. Test is the BEST!

I have ran tren and test before it was tren e I'm scared of needles... I know wtf lol but I'm willing to do whatever it takes to gain this fucking weight and I did the tren and test when I was 18 I was stupid with it I've done abunch of research and what to do it the right and healthy way now I've always been super skinny man it sucks don't want to sound like a bitch but I'm a crack baby lol yea yea I've heard all the jokes but I just want to know a good dose for the stuff above I'm sick of being skinny and I'm willing to do anything to change that I've got tren e test c and dinabol on the way already I am willing to do just dinabol or test or tren and test or all of them I don't care I just want the weight

Idk about you man but Tren sure doesn't make me hungry so I wouldn't bulk with it. I know some guys will disagree with me on that but if your wanting size I would hold off on the Tren. Test 500 a week and if you want to run dbol 80 has worked for me. Eat so much you shiver then eat some more then lift some really heavy shit and eat more!

Dude don't do it. Run the test and eat eat eat. Tren is a straight whore. If you get real shit it will kick your ass. BTW tren does not make me hungry, the shit kills food for me. I get high just to eat when I'm on it.

Recommending 80mg dbol to first time user is complete bullshit! That dose would probably leave u with a nice set of bitch tits! I make good gains on only 20mg day, my favorite dose is 10mg 3x a day. U need to take it at least twice a day to maintain blood levels. Anything above 40mg/ day for me and it become very hard to stop the gyno and high blood pressure.

Dbol can be run 8wks no problem at low doses, I like to run it 4-6 weeks as a kick start at 30mg/day.

If you already have those compounds coming and your gonna run em than this is my recommendation.

Test 400-600 wk 12-16wks
Dbol 20-40 wk 4-8wks
Tren 200-300 wk 10-14 wks, stop 2-3 wks before test.
Exemestane 12.5-25mg day
Nolvadex on hand if needed
Have all pct meds in hand before u start; hcg, clomid, nolvadex

I know the feeling of being a bony skinny kid, I was 6'3" 170 lbs in high school, I'm 100% ectomorph, just naturally tall and skinny. Now I'm 6'2" due to spinal injuries but weighing 225, most I've gotten to was 240. 3 years ago I weighed 175 due to Lyme disease, 46yrs old now

i would never recommend a 23yr 155lb kid take Tren to put on size. Especially when mres are your basic source of calories. as far as 80 mg of dbol that might be a little high to start but like I said that's what works for me. I'm 6'3 280lbs. i would still try 500 mg test a week and like rehh is saying lower the dbol split couple times a day. I've found putting it in my gallon of water and mixing bccas for taste and sipping it all day to work best for me. I would save that Tren for another run. Eat eat eat!

I also will have dinner every night with my family so that isn't in here and I also will drink a mass gainer shake before bed and a protein shake after my workout the are

so all together

and again that's without dinner
