I’m sure you’ve done this long enough to know what works for you but I’m telling you, my traps never ever fucking grew deadlifting 550+, 405 shrugs, 315 rows UNTIL I started spamming the hell out of them with a 45 plate in each hand for 30,40,50 reps sometimes.

I use a barbell and set it up like I was doing rack pulls then shrug the weight. Also done them with 45lb plates and also dumbbells. Most I shrugged with barbell is 315.

Other than blood pressure I have zero sides still at 100mg/week. I don’t plan on going up anytime soon but have been thinking down the road of trying hex. Does it feel that much different?

100mg a week is a solid place to ride for a few weeks.

What’s your opinion on length of running tren? I’m looking for best length to maximize gains, minimize damage obviously. I know, tren is toxic but we can all jump on the “harm mitigation” band wagon right? I was thinking 6 weeks and then increasing the NPP dose. Am I way off?

This is the first day this blast (3 weeks in) I have just felt off, zero drive, motivation and generally tired. I’m sure it’s the cumulative of a lot things, busy weekend with the kids, lack of food/sleep etc but I wanted to note this because it seemingly didn’t slow me down training, but the 23 hours around training was a struggle.

Chest/tri
Cable flyes 5 sets up to 40x15
15* incline bench warm up then 225x8, 275x3 with pauses
DB Floor presses up to 75x12
Db flyes 30x failure 2 sets
Tricep push downs 4 sets

My pictures tend to come out blurry bc they’re a snapshot of a video but veins in shoulders and arms are more pronounced than last week. Will post unflexed update pics this week from beginning until now to check progress.

What are u running exactly now..
I have gathered tbol and tren..are u also running npp or planning a switch from tren to npp?

Like a bag of smashed assholes today.

Generally I’ve been feeling great except the high blood pressure, I just started Nebivolol and 10mg cialis to bring it down though so that’s been a non issue since Friday.

I have wondered if NPP was causing some stomach/GI issues in the past but have found minimal feedback representing this idea so decided to add it back in. Since adding it I haven’t had any of those same GI I had last time so maybe just a coincidence.

My guess would be tren or the tbol..but every 1 is different
 
Subbed! For a good bp support supp try levanthian nutritions hemo flow! It’s got some good stuff to relax blood vessels and reduce blood viscosity.
 
I’m pretty happy with the results so far 3.5 weeks in. This is probably the most progress I’ve made across the board in my training career with strength going up, shoulders and back look thicker, stomach is slightly leaner etc.

Another week on Tren Ace and then upping the NPP and riding off into the sunset.
