He would ideally want to move to his new Maintenace caloric level for a diet break cutting out the fat burners or whatever else he's taking.

I will probably not totally come off retatrutide for a very long time if ever. It helps control all the cravings even outside of food, just habits in general.

I do think it’s about time to drop the Reta to the minimum effective dose and take a break from the diet for a little bit. I was literally just talking to @tbda about this yesterday.

I’m not on any “fat burners” per say, it would just be dropping the GLP1 dose and finding new maintenance which I have no clue what it is after 4 months of dieting but surely I can figure it out through a little trial by fire.

Not sure what the GLP has to do with the topic. Staying on or coming off doesn't change the purpose of the diet break. Just saying. :)

Couple update photos. I’ll upload workout tomorrow. Trending for 185 by spring. 💪

Everything is the same as it has been. I haven’t lowered calories at all from the 1800. Averaging 5-6 hours a week of cardio plus my training. Added clen 10 days ago and it seems to be helping kick start things again.

Couple update pics again. Looking to see 180s soon. What a journey this has been. Never thought I’d ever weigh this little in my life much less look how I do now. Thankful for the group here and my homies that keep me accountable.

Just a quick update. 50 lbs down today!

Cardio still between 5-6 hours per week with 4 training days. Calories between 1700-1900 depending on training days.
