Down 3 lbs this week still. Would like to see 201 by Monday and then hopefully back under my low weight by next week.

Energy was super low today. Kids have been sick on and off for the last week just passing stuff around. It was supposed to be an hour of cardio but I will add 15 minutes throughout the rest of the week to make up for it. Calories and macros unchanged — hovering around 201 for 3-4 days. Looking for big changes in the coming days. My best @Valdosta pose but I haven’t figured out the angle yet. It’s a work in progress.

Weight has pretty much unchanged in the last 30 days. My coaches @tbda and @Valdosta have decided that I’m probably “recomping” since progress has continued in pics. Skin is thinning, more separation in muscle and vascularity. You be the judge and feel free to give feedback. These pics are the same weight 30 days apart.

You should see our High IQ Blog bro. He’s getting bigger on low calories. I think the few refeeds helped. I’m literally right now looking at pictures from 3 weeks ago at a similar weight, and his shoulders are clearly bigger. Before his shoulders sucked and I think from the straight punishment and mast increase that was enough to not just make them “pop” but actually make them noticeably bigger.

We’re both coaches and have different viewpoints for sure and I totally respect yours. Our blog just really has the evidence set in stone, only High IQ handsome charming men allowed tho.

How you feeling? Still motivated and pushing? What's the end goal of the cut?
Feeling good man, the motivation comes and goes by the week to be honest. Last week I put the work in, I just complained the whole time. This week I’m putting the work in and asking for seconds when I’m done. The end goal is either 190lbs or clear visible abs whichever comes first.

180g/day still. Hasn’t changed. I feel pretty good at that number and holding enough muscle for my personal happiness that it seems to be working. Have only manipulated carbs the entire time.
