Back Shot Tip: Place feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, lean back rounding round your shoulders slightly forward widening your back and keep chest up.

Weight kind of stuck around 202 although I didn’t weigh in. High carb/negligible fat tomorrow for legs and see how the energy is and what weight does in the next day or two. Calories still around 1800 so before I lower them I’m going to see how the carb cycle works.

Since I don’t have an exciting workout to share here’s a new selfie for you. Weight still up a few lbs. not worried yet, feel leaner than I did even a few days ago.

I did up my GH and Test dose minimally so I’ll chalk it up to that for now.

*planned week off from the cut is coming to an end. Took a week “off” for mental break, no GLPs/Cagri. I will start again Tuesday back in full swing with a goal of 190 in 4-6 weeks. Will start back at 2.5mg twice a week with Reta and 1mg twice a week of cagrilintide.

I do take Berberine, have been for awhile at 1g per day but going to add a second dose since I was taking it all in the morning.

Last day of the “mental reset week” today. I am still holding 205 which I have been the last 4-5 days. The next 1-2 weeks will deplete me again and I’ll see some quick changes I’m sure. Feeling full and lots of work capacity compared to last week this time. Have still been 95% compliant to macro goals this week with less focus on hydration and timing of food.

Reta/Cagri/SLUPP will be added back into the mix tomorrow along with everything else that’s previously been listed.

Little gym flex to get us back on track.

Honestly man I don’t have any fancy lingo or anything for you, I just needed a break from being 100% macro compliant and struggling to get my food/protein in with the Reta. It was a mental fuck everyday — the exact opposite of most folks dieting i was force feeding and felt bloated. My stomach and GI system needed a break and time to clear out.

I did use this time to not harp over extra cardio and hydration levels too.

If this gets me back on track and feeling good it was 100% worth it in the long run.
