Do you like nuts? I make my own nut butters and it changed the game on protein shakes and oats. Bake whatever nut at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on how toasty of a flavor you want then cool them, throw in a food processor with some salt till you hit the consistency you like and BAM amazing nut butter for a fraction of the price of store bought with none of the shit added in
