this is my first try with 10mg at once.

I had been doing 3mg reta with .25mg sema. but stopped going to the bathroom :LOL:

cagri is up next and lowering the dose of reta -- well, after I find out what the coach wants to do. He may very well reel all this in and let me do enough for the blood sugar.

looks promising on paper and others' experience. outside of improved fasted BG numbers, I don't think its having any benefit.

On 1 mg of Reta it was making it to where I felt like I was having to force feed myself. It was almost miserable but tolerable. I think if I had increased the dose I wouldn’t have been able to eat my meals lol. Do you know what your baseline bg numbers were before the Reta?
