Yes, a compression (open) fracture to my right tibia/fibula. Good as new after it healed, but still carry a Titanium rod and 3 pins.

I’ve suffered 3 pec tears and 1 lat tear. My biggest issue overcoming training post injury is the mental aspect. Everytime I do a big compound lift, I find myself repeating “Don’t get hurt” over and over like a manic depressive episode.
