Before I started taking the kratom 3 weeks ago our sex life had been pretty darn good. I mean she can’t help that she doesn’t have much of a sexual drive but she’s still putting out 1-2x a day. Then I started taking kratom and just couldn’t function in bed most days. Stopped waking up with morning wood too. But she was still getting off, I just wasn’t able to bust… so not sure where your coming from with her not getting off?

damn I’ve never heard of anyone having such bad withdrawals from Kratom. That sucks. I thin it’s worth mentioning, there’s been a few times I let my Kratom use get out of hand, I just kept tapering the dosages down until stopped. I’m not recommending that this is a better way Im just suggesting the withdrawals would become more tolerable. Either way bro I’m rooting for you

Ya I was just talking about the last couple times we had sex, AFTER coming off the kratom, I was extremely sensitive because I hadnt been able to feel my dick for the last month… that is not typical by any means. She always either gets off with me or get her to nut first… so please don’t generalize that and make it sound like that’s how our sex usually goes because it couldn’t be further from the truth…

Not much to report here. Cruising, withdrawing but still dragged my ass to the gym. Weak as fuck. I don’t think it’ll be long till I blasting again

Think I got some tennis elbow or something going on in my left elbow. Really annoying on certain lifts.

Got my gyno surgery consult on Friday.

Got a nice pump going, hasn’t taking any cialis in days either. Was definitely weaker in there today but just adjusted resistance and gave her all I had. I’ll take it as a win.

Alright time to get this summer blast log up and running. Gonna try to l clean this log up a little bit. Keeping everything relevant to bodybuilding/PEDs only.

Pull day:

Lat PD: 1X 14 1x10 2x8
Seated cable row: 1x16 3x8 1x10
Barbell rows: 1x14 1x8 1x12 1x10
Upright rows: 1x14 2x8
Rear delt row: 1x10, 1X triple drop set 15 reps each
8X6’s: 3 sets
Hammer curls: 3x16

Went well today, noticeably weaker from cruising and getting lazy with my routine. I was honestly probably only working out 3-4 days a week the entire time I was cruising and eating half ass.

Now that I’m blasting off as of this morning, I’m buckling down so I can shread up for summer. Going to be trying for recomp approach.

Cycle is as follows:

350mg’s tren A/ Mast P weekly
250mgs test cyp weekly
50mgs Dbol daily

How'd the gyno/prostate issue turn out?

I was able to shrink the lump to about 1/3-1/4 of the size with rolax and letro. So it’s about the size of a pea now. Not noticeable unless you actually pinch it but definitely still there so I’m going to tread lightly with armortizing compounds (hence test at 250) if the Dbol aggravates it I’ll drop it like a bad habit. I love Dbol but it’s not worth growing some tits over.

Prostate issue cleared up as soon as I started the antibiotics that were meant for infection in the prostate, so I’m assuming that infection probably didn’t have anything to do with the gear, I hope I’m right but I will definitely be keeping a close eye on that too.

Little update yesterday was leg day and I hit em hard. Could barely go down the stairs afterwards. Tren is hitting hard right about now too. Feeling the strength gains and the insane sex drive is always a dead give away. Night sweats are at bay with the delta8.

Diets been going fairly well but I am struggling the night time urges to eat a bunch of shit I shouldn’t. Combination of the Tren and the delta 8 just makes my hunger insatiable.

Leg day looked like:

Leg curls
Leg press
Squats
Leg extension
SLDL’s

Today is push day will report back on that

Definitely got some catching up to do. Really let myself go while cruising. Barely made to the gym 3X a week. Was doing my PPL split but only once a week per rotation. Enough of that time to get serious! Summer is right around the corner boys!

Rest day was yesterday and I actually took it easy on the diet. Trying to lightly duplicate what mont had me doing. On off days I was eating substantially less. I honestly don’t know why people do that but I’m sure there is some kind of reason for it so that’s what I’m doing lol. Still got more than enough protein in but I ate probably one or two servings less of carbs (about 80-100gs).

Decided to try to skip taking delta8 gummies before bed and it was the worst idea ever. Was up all night rolling around in a freezing cold puddle of sweat. Now I’m up for the day at 4AM because I do not want to have to change my clothes/bed spread again.

Between the kratom withdrawals, cruising, laziness in gym, and the illness I was dealing with in those months off, I lost a considerable amount of strength. Like I went from repping 110’s for 10 sets for repping 80’s for 10. Now I’m back up to the 100’s for 10… I’m getting it back.

Also I shriveled up BIG time. Lost a ton of mass. And once that tren started kicking in and I started hitting the gym regularly again, it came back SO fast. I was pleasantly surprised to see that mass come back so quickly. Guess muscle memory really is a thing.

Now that I finally got my nolva, I’m going to be throwing Dbol into the mix. I love Dbol so much but Unfortunately it’s been aggravating my gyno I developed. So only time I’ll use it is if I am using a SERM to prevent any issues. So I’ll be taking 10mgs a day for now and if I get a little sensitive nipple action I’m bumping it up with out question. Dbol will be taken at 50mgs a day split into two except in workout days might take 50 PWO.

Sex drive is surely going to be through the roof with the Dbol and tren!

Push day today will report back with workout.

By the way here are some 50mg delta 8 gummies I made. They turned our awesome and are stable with out being in the fridge. They taste delicious too, pink starburst flavor! Too bad they make me feel like shit the whole next day for some reason. Not sure why the gas station gummies don’t do that but these do. I’ve got a ounce of this delta 8 stuff, enough for over 1000 gummies. And I’m probably never going to use it.

Oooofff man that had to be awful! Well that means you just started back up yesterday. Should be feeling much better soon man I bet you can’t wait! I will definitely be frequenting your log and watching you progress!

ya I upped the mom a to 40 mgs for a few days to hopefully put the fire out. Also dosed letro @2.5 and still taking exemestane on pin days 12.5mgs EOD…

I know I’m risking tanking my estrogen but I’ll take zero estro and all the sides that come along with it before I grow titties.

Just gonna have to get the glands removed. It’s obviously going to be a continuous problem. I’ve only got my test @250.

Just gotta pay off some other medical expenses before I dig a deeper hole. Got about 3.5K to take out then I going to look seriously into getting it nipped out. Talked to a guy here that is about to get his surgery ([mention]beast405 [/mention] ) and if I like the job the guy does then I’m going to travel out of state and use his doctor. So let me know how that goes brother!

Well on a positive note if you tank your estrogen you're just a little dbol away from bouncing it back 😬

My buddy had that surgery through the VA. He said it wasn't to bad.

I was just thinking about something. Have you tried T-bol? Maybe that would be something you could give a go that won't convert to estrogen.

Ya actually that’s actually how I came up with the clever little name for my log. When I started this log last cycle I ran tbol for 5weeks or something like that. I didn’t like it as much as other guys do but then again I was sick with a cold for the entire 5 weeks so I’m definitely going to try it again. If I would have known the Dbol was gonna instant make my tits swell up I would have got tbol instead.

With your experience (a lot more than me) I figured you had tried it. I just happen to think of it as a potential alternative for you and wanted to toss it out. I've read some guys say they rly only get endurance benefits from it while others say they got some slow steady gains. Everyone is different

Two days ago I did my push day. Consisted of:

3X 8-12 lat pull down
3X 8-12 bent over barbell rows
2x 8-12 & 1 triple drop set rear delt row (DB)
3X 8-12 upright row
3X 8x6’s curls
3X 12-18 hammer curls


Yesterday was legs

3X 8-12 leg curl 1x muscle round
3X 8-12 squats
3X 8-12 leg press
3X 8-12 leg extension

Surprisingly haven’t lost much strength in my legs where as my upper body suffered tremendously.

Nipples are still very aggravated. Sore and puffy lumps hard as rocks. Fucking with my head and very discouraging TBH. Just hope this calms down and doesn’t get worse. I skipped putting the test in my last shot so I probably only had
Diet is dialed in. Haven’t been good about tracking though but feel like I’m still crushing the diets.

Decided to throw clen into the mix, I wanna lean out so everyone can see my gyno! Seriously though is the size of a pea doubt it will be to obvious. Last two times I tried clen I jumped right to 60mcg and my cramps were so bad I tapped out each time on the second day. So I started low as recommended at 20mcg this time and am taking 5G taurine too. So far so good!

Pin day today not sure if I should skip the test again until the gyno calms down or not. How low can you go on test on a tren cycle? Any input is appreciated

Push day today. Wife came with so I was a little limited as I try to jump around and do a full body for her but I did try to put a focus on the push lifts.

Dumbell bench: 3X 6-10
Skull crushers: superset to close grip BEnch 3X10-14
Lateral raises: 3x12
Tricep extension: 2X 12
Machine press 3sets

Gyno is starting to calm down a bit. Nips are less tender and the lumps feel a little less pronounced and less hard. Skipped the test the last two pins so now next time I’ll pin the test again. I just wanted to drop my test a bit and get my estro under control.

Day 3 of the clen and no noticeable sides yet! Is it still working if I don’t feel like shit tho I dunno lol?

Diet is good to go except at night I always wake up with the fucking munchies from taking the delta 8 before bed. On any given night I probably eat 1000 calories in shit like cereal and peanut butter sandwiches, that’s gotta stop if I want to cut up for summer !!

Push day today. Missed legs yesterday so I turned it to my off day and went right to push today. Would have gone but I was working and had a birthday party to go to, and my gyms only open to 4 on sundays.

Pins are going super smooth since switching to test cyp. No lumps no pip. I can’t believe I was getting pip for a year straight before I figured out it was the Test Enth that my body didn’t like. Still doing about 2-3 shots of enth a month to use it up because I refuse to throw away 15 vials.

Been sleeping better since I gave up on cutting down on the kratom. I don’t sweat if I’m taking enough of it. But if I cut down I pour sweat at night. Figured I’ll deal with the withdrawals another time, not in the middle of a blast. That would be extremely counter productive.

Switched up a few things in the gym today. Did incline for 3 of my 4 sets of bench. Did some oblique exercises and I did one or two extra sets for each and every exercise, really burned myself out.

Weight is at 196 as of this morning. I’m starting to get it back.
