As the title implies I’m not fucking around this time and I I really plan on strapping down and being as disciplined as possible with this cycle. Last run did me good but obviously could have been better had I been more strict in the kitchen and more consistent in the gym. Still happy with the results though.

Lost a bit while cruising and gained a little fat as well… unfortunately my head got fucked up after blasting and lost motivation. Started getting real laxed with diet and only working out 3-5 days a week. 5 on a good week. I didn’t take a progress picture in months because I could just feel and see it and I didn’t want to actually face the harsh reality by seeing the pictures side by side….Well I finally snapped a picture and it’s kind of ridiculous how much I lost in a couple months..

Anyway here I am as of start of new cycle. Btw Cycle is going to be:

Weeks 1-5 tbol 50mg daily or until it runs out
1-10 deca @300wk
1-10 test @750
11-20 tren a/mastp @350wk
11-20 test @500 wk

Things are subject to change when I get a spot with montego hopefully in the next week. Assuming he has an open seat. I am honored to have been gifted a 3 month run with him courtesy of [mention]zionoir626 [/mention] … thanks bro! Definitely won’t be letting you guys down. Giving it my all.

Hell yeah a buddy, I’m stoked! But yup eating like an animal lately. About every 2 hours. Rice, oats, chicken, beef, egg whites are all staples. Make up probably 80% of my diet right now. I’ve heard quite a few people tell me to just try eating the same shit every day/meal an it helps. You were the first person I ever saw actually doing that and it inspired me to be boring as fuck at the dinner table. So we’re gonna see how it goes. Honestly only one or two weeks in while eating like that and I already feel and look better. More vascular and I swear I’m seeing gains already.

Anyways rough start to the cycle. Wife pinned my glute a couple days ago, said it felt crunchy going in (love it when she talks dirty to me) told her do it anyways as it didn’t feel any different to me. Actually felt painless since switching to the 25g needles I barely feel a pinch. I just wasn’t able to use them when I did my own shots because it took to long and I couldn’t twist like that for very long.

Anyways about 20 mins later I start feeling a pinch in my lower back. Then I hit the gym and it keeps getting worse and now I feel it in my glute, then I feel it running down the back of my leg.

Somehow the shot aggravated my muscle which is now pinching the fuck out of my sciatic nerve. Sitting sown is the worst. I look like a crazy fuck driving because I’m just leaning to the center of my truck laughing like the joker because I’m in such insane sharp pain. Fuck man. Sleeping on a heat pad all night long and taking shit ton of otc pain pills ( bye, bye liver)…still have it today 2 days later. Maybe a tad more bearable today I dunno

Oh also on top of that I got a cold or something now too. Shards of glass in the throat and a dry cough. Kids got me sick again. Never used to get sick until those little shits.

Days going pretty good. Works been chaotic and all over the place. Been going in multiple times a day to get the shit done while working around my wife’s schedule, total cluster fuck, and I really feel like I’m loosing a lot of time with my kids which really sucks…

Anyways this isn’t my dear diary for me to bitch about my feelings this is about gains and everything involved with getting them. On that note today is off to a better start. Sciatic pain has been much more bearable today so got done with work this morning an hour ahead of schedule. Going to hit the gym this evening after I get back from work again. Meals and diet have been straight as an arrow.

So far today:

Breakfast: 125gs oats in 1cup almond milk and 400g egg whites and one protein bar

Meal 2 100g whey can of tuna and 200g jasmine rice

Meal 3: 6 ozs 93% lean beef, whole wheat bun, and 150gs rice

Will report back with with notes from swole sesh

Thanks guys. Yup abdominal distention was just a bad Gi bug that the whole house ended up getting. Everyone was shitting their brains out for a couple weeks but that’s a whole lot better than liver ascites which is what I was worried about.

I appreciate you guys tuning in that motivates me much more to keep a solid log going and then that will motivate me to stay on top of my shit…

Thats a good diet, I've been eating the same shit now for I think 24 weeks. My Friday night cheat meal really helps me through the week though. Maybe you should incorporate something like that. Honestly after my cheat meal I feel Fuller in my muscles and more motivated to eat my normal meals. Its a nice weekly reset.

Wife pinned the ass? Fuck thats nice of her. Fuck bro, if something feels werid I always pull out and re-inject. I feel the twist part. The other day I was cramping up so hard trying to pin my left ass cheek that I finally said fuck it gave up. Ended up putting about half of my shot into my ass and the other half into my left delt. God it made me so fuckin mad that I couldn't do it.

I've never had a bad shot like that, that sounds fuckin brutal bro. I know what that pain feels like tho and yours must be bad bad. Try not to take too much over the counter bulshit. I know it can be a bicth. Like you said muscle must be severely swollen pushing on your nerve, ouch!!!!

Sounds like a shity start to a cycle. You will pull out of it and be stronger in the end bro. Stay focused!!

Hell ya you guys, can’t tell you how much that motivated me to see I got some subs this morning. I won’t let this be another dry log, gonna pour my life into this time. Seriously much appreciated!

Still got that nagging sciatic pain today. Not nearly as bad but it really gets pinched when I bend over like to reach my toes for instance, can’t even do it. Sucks because I do a lot of bending over for work (no I’m not a gay porn star believe it or not) also at the gym right now doing my pull day. We’ll see if I’m able to do the bent over rows or not, everything else shouldn’t be a problem though.

Between sets right now but I just wanted to say thanks guys and let ya know I’ll be updating after working out sometime this afternoon.got a plan to take a more methodical approach to the diet today too that I’ll fill ya in on… things are good feel like I’m figuring out how to patch up the holes I had in my last run…

Had a sick ass workout today. The nerve pain fucked with me on some lifts just as expected but my head was so in the game it was no problem to push right through it, didn’t hinder me one bit. Surprisingly seated cable rows pinched the nerve the most, even more then bent over rows.

I swear to god I can see and feel the gains already, fucking exhilarating, I’ll tell ya. Strapping down the diet today. No more winging my macros. Coming up with a meal plan and preloggging all my food for the day ahead of time and doing the same thing ever single day with the exception of a cheat meal here and there. Will go on Mfp and figure that out for tomorrow and every day there after, once I’m done with work today. The only meal I do the same every day right now is breakfast. It’s always 125gs oats and 400gs egg whites, so easy to log. Can’t wait to have that for every meal.

For when I’m at work I’ve decided to take the easy way out and stick up on uncle bens ready rice and tuna since it’s all portioned out and could sit on the shelf for years if need be. Super easy…. For at home I bought a vegetable steamer that cooks my jasmine rice to perfection and will be eating more beef and chicken for those meals. Didn’t have the extra lean beef I usually get so I got some Lean sirloin instead which has about 40 extra calories per 4ozs, not bad I’m bulking anyways right?

Been a rough week. That first shot loaded with test/deca really fucked me up. Been almost a week now and I’m still miserable. Actually had to leave work today it was so bad. Just couldn’t handle sitting in the end loader. Made it about 1.5 hours and I tapped out. This nerve gets pinched harder when I sit or bend over with knees straight. Did some research and think I figured out what is going on. I think my wife actually missed my glute and hit my piriformis muscle. The sciatic nerve runs right underneath it in about 80% of the population (type I) and the other most common type is II where the sciatic nerve actually runs through the muscle. Odds are im one of the two. So im thinking she hit that muscle and it’s inflamed from the shot and the inflammation is putting pressure on my sciatic nerve. Feel it all the way from my low back down to behind the knee… what a bitch.

Decided to take a couple days off from the gym to let this heal, as the last time I worked out like this (Tuesday) it got so much worse. If this keeps up im gonna be bed ridden soon. I’ve bad pip before but this is different, most definitely nerve pain/severe sciatica… otc meds don’t even touch the pain. All I can do is grin and bare it.

Well that brings me to today which is pin day. Super nervous to do it and I actually ended up splitting the shot between my right vg and my right delt. Won’t be touching my left glute for a while. I included a pic of where I hit for the VG. Everyone keeps telling me that the VG is more forward where the bump sticks out when you kick out your leg, yet when I tried that I had really bad pip in my hip. When I hit it right here I get no pain… so must be hitting something worthwhile right?

Anyways still eating clean, and eating a lot. About 3500-4000 mainly rice, beef, tuna, oats….

Hopefully I can get well soon and get back to the gym. Missing work and missing the gym is really messing me up between the ears …start my cycle just to not do shit… ugh

I'm just gonna throw this out there since you seem to be struggling. Have you considered subq instead of IM? Yeah, you'll end up having to pin more often, but it's pretty damn hard to fuck up a subq shot. Get some slin pins and get used to pinning low volume subq. Plus it gets your brain used to the idea of pinning, which is probably 90% of your problem.

can you subq any compound? Might be worth giving it a shot. Where do most people typically do the subq? Belly fat? Or is getting it into the fat too deep/not good?

Not sure what you mean about getting my brain ready though. I felt like I had it down pretty good especially after that 10 week tren run. I was even pinning E/D for a while had to of hit myself 100’s of times, with zero issues. So I feel like I had the glutes down pat. This was the first time my wife didn’t ask me where to stick it and felt confident doing it on her own and this happens lol

I’ll admit this VG shot has still got me pretty stumped. I know where everyone is telling me to pin (in that bump when you raise your leg BUT I have the best luck going about two inches behind that towards my butt… always pain free… what do you make of that?

Damn bro, hope you feel better. This has happened to me to. I think your muscles swollen and pushing on your nerve fucking your shit up. Did you try applying a heat pad then an ice pack? Shity start to a good run. You will get through it tho!

I subq everything I do. Like I said, more pinning, but it's not bad (even painless). I'll get some little welts from time to time, but nothing that bothers me enough to make me quit. Nice, so you’re basically just taking a what, 27G 1/2” needle and just doing shallow IM shots? That correct? Sounds easy enough… don’t have to worry about hitting some weird muscle behind the glute or the sciatic nerve that way… I have 1ml syringes so I just need to figure out what gauge to use to try this… worth a shot I suppose

So you’ve had this before? Bad shot resulting in extreme sciatica pain? This seriously has me thinking about offing myself at times because the pain is just so much to sit with. Not to sound like a little bitch snd I’m certainly not depressed or anything so don’t get that twisted, the pain is just starting to seriously fuck with me. I think if I just had some reassurance that this will get better will help me a ton. I couldn’t find a single case of sciatic pain related to a glute shot anywhere in here…

I just want to be clear too, this definitely isn’t PIP as we all know it. PiP sucks but I can handle that. This is literally debilitating, and it’s 100% nerve pain. Fits sciatica to a T… and it happened 10-20 mins after I pinned…. It’s not localized to the muscle I tried Hit, it starts in my lower back and goes down to the back of my knee… sciatic nerve 100%

On a positive note, I’ve got zero pain from the VG injection… starting to think that’s the sweet spot, even though apparently it’s not the vg…

Weird part is I don’t even have a lump in my ass from the shot. Normally when I get pip I’ll almost always have a lump with it but not this one. Been going on for 5 days now, zero improvement. Going to Dr today, telling him I’m on TRT. He’s not gonna be happy because last time I saw him he specifically asked me if I’m using steroids and I lied to his face… just can’t handle this anymore. Gonna order some kratom too maybe that will help. I dunno if at a loss bro. Goes from low back down to behind the knee. Constant agony can’t sit down. Only way I get any relief is to lay on my belly snd bring my knee up towards my shoulder. It’s hard to even function bro.

Nice, so you’re basically just taking a what, 27G 1/2” needle and just doing shallow IM shots? That correct? Sounds easy enough… don’t have to worry about hitting some weird muscle behind the glute or the sciatic nerve that way… I have 1ml syringes so I just need to figure out what gauge to use to try this… worth a shot I suppose

I do pinch skin where I can, so they are true subq shots. But obviously I can't pinch skin on a delt AND inject with one hand. So shallow IM there and similar places.

God damn, ya no way. Didnt feel like that. What happen at the dr office? Fuck man, what a bitch. Sounds fuckin painful!! Something ant right. Lasting that long.. Dr was a good choice. Keep us posted bro. Stay strong!

Believe me stretching helps because I always use to cramp when I pinned.

I'm going through some rough issues with my lower back, hip and knee so I've been getting back into trying to be more flexible.

Ice compress and some anti inflammatories. Feel better MM!!!
