Bro, these new members lack class. And an inability to let others have an opinion.

Trying to tell me you can’t get fat eating excessive calories Bc those calories are protein.

Eating 3k calories extra, protein or not, you will gain weight.

Like talking to toddlers.

But if moron wants to have you hold 10k in escrow until I show you my medical license… let’s do it.

I had a coach who had me simply eat more protein when I was hungry.

I was consuming 600+ grams a day of fatfree and carb free protein on top of my other meals.
I lost fat. The protein put me in a surplus.
I didn’t lose muscle.
