I also would like to chime in to this convo but its a question on its own. I get asked this alot

For bulking do most prefer 4 days on 3 days off? So the rest days the calories not being burnt can go towards straight to recovery?

OR 6 days on 1 day off so u hit evertthing 2 times a week.

I always felt 6 days either burns to much calories regardless if surplusing 500+ more or body being burnt from overworking and is better for a cutting sceduele. (Example) if u google and search ronnie colemans*** workout sceduele and it shows he worked out 6 days. It doesnt say if thats his cutting sceduele or bulking

Depends on recovery, volume and effort.
With fortitude you hit everything 3x a week with training 4 days.

I prefer 4 days a week when bulking
