This thread will be a daily layout. Some of the daily thought will be simple and straightforward. Some serious and others not so much. Feel free to add your own thought of the day. There are time when my thought of the day is the first thought I have upon waking , at other times it seems my mind is a blank until I get up and get going. Sometimes my first thought is absolutely non motivational, such as, am I really getting up at 2 am to work out.m, or damn I am hungry.
