This thread will be a daily layout. Some of the daily thought will be simple and straightforward. Some serious and others not so much. Feel free to add your own thought of the day. There are time when my thought of the day is the first thought I have upon waking , at other times it seems my mind is a blank until I get up and get going. Sometimes my first thought is absolutely non motivational, such as, am I really getting up at 2 am to work out.m, or damn I am hungry.

Anyway, drop a though!
Provide some motivation!
Provide some laughter!
Provide some guidance!
Provide some support!

If you want to be anything beyond typical, you have to have a drive that pushes you to put up the next rep even when no one is watching.

The struggle to be your next best self is easily achieved if you look within yourself. Everything that you desire and everything that you strive to be is there. You just have to be willing to embrace self and accept that even though we may not be the world’s picture of perfect, we can be our Perfect Self.

Mine really isn't motivating at all but,

I was doing cardio at the gym today, and I literally had to just stop to think. I am 24 and have no idea what I want to do with my life. I have this drive and discipline to workout, track my food, and just show up, and I just don't know why I can't transfer this to just figuring out what the fuck I want and need to do. I look up to people that just have it figured out, that have a plan and knew their plan.

My minds always just throwing so much shit at me, and I wish I could just sort the shit and make a plan for myself. Maybe I need to go get some ADHD meds lmfao, that's my thought.

Set a goal
Make a plan
Stick to the plan
Reach the goal

Find what you love to do and look at pursuing a career in that area. Sounds like you have workout, diet and discipline lined out. There are a number of directions to go if you are willing to make the effort.
You can consider going back to school for.
Exercise Science
Exercise Physiology
Physical Therapy
Kinesiology
Nutrition Science
Human Biology w/Emphasis in Nutrition and Dietetics

There is a hole world out there. Never get discouraged and never back down. Always push as hard as you can.
When we look internally at ourselves we can find direction and we can plot our own course.

The fact that our body knows the difference between a gas and a solid and which is safe (most of the time) to expel at any given time is greatly under-appreciated.
