So I've been kicking round here since Dec or January. I came in at 59 y/o and caught the usual questions; how fat are you, do you lift weights or just beers, why are you doing this... the usual welcome aboard in everyone's personal style. LOL
Like I recently posted, I just finished my first True cycle with TEST, Deca and a smattering of Dbol now and again. I packed on the weight I wanted and managed to keep fat down...still don't know how I pulled that eating +/-4000 cals a day for 16 weeks...and as directed minimal to no cardio throughout. I put my ride stats up just so no one calls bullshit!
Fact is even with shit for Vo2 that 20 mile ride is about 3mph an hour faster that this time last year without a cycle!
I guess I just wanna say thanks to all you guys who helped direct me and save me from myself in some instances! May the cutting begin and the Vo2 max be with you!

Congratulations, reading your post was definitely inspiring and reassuring. Proof that as long as you focus on your goal and put in the work, youll get results you can be proud of.
