Get Shredded!
Im posting this as an example of simple, easy combos you can use to pack in a ton of protien while keeping the fat low and the calories high.
The only thing Im adding to this is pink salt.
Check out the nutrition facts.

1lb 90% Lean Ground Beef & 1/2 lb of Green Peas.

1000002708.jpg
Almost 1,000 calories, over 100g of protien, only 35g of carbs.

Now, the panel says 45g fat and 18g saturated fat, however, by the time I cook it and drain the grease off on paper towel while its hot... its only about 20% of that.

So in reality its about 10g of fat, and 4g of saturated fat.
And only 60mgs cholesterol (we do need some cholesterol).
The sodium is also greatly reduced bc most of the sodium content is in the fat too.

Its not hard to eat bc the beef is ground-up and easy to digest, no bread or condiments involved, and the peas are delicious with just light salt.

(Also losing about 180-200 calories draining the grease.)

In the end, Im getting about 800 calories, 103g protein, 35g carbs, 10g fat.

Eat simple, eat good. 💪😎

I was expecting something that belongs in the pit gallery 😄 Damn you Fletcher. Always gotta be so serious. Not as disappointing as jet powered salsa makers and much better info.

Always wondered how much fat gets cooked out of beef. Why I just usually stuck to chicken so I know for sure what I’m eating.

Depends on the type, how its cooked, whether you drain it or not etc...

Man, I sure do miss red meat. Stupid gut issues.
Its not the meat, its the dyes and the gmo feed they give cattle. They feed commercial beef herds GMO "BT cottonseed". Its horrible.
If there is bright neon red juice in it, its got dye, dont eat that shit. Its not blood. Its dye.
Seriously. Try taking pancreatin for 2 weeks first. Then get a really nice cut of organic steak, cook, slice thin (for easier breakdown).

Note the difference in color...
1. Natural
2. Dyed

"Beef intolerance" it typically, ACTUALLY pancreatin & probiotic deficiency combined with dye and gmo "allergy".

I will agree, I used to get the worst indigestion from shitty store beef. All of my red meat consumption is grass fed longhorn from a local ranch and I can eat it every single meal of the day without any issue.

It's not dye so much as it is citric acid sprayed on the surface to kill bacteria, it acts as an antioxidant also so the beef doesn't darken. I buy a whole NY Strip from Costco, 10-12lbs, to butcher myself and its dark colored inside and out.
I've done a little butchering in my day. That red juice is myoblobin not blood.

Yup, and that citric acid is produced from Aspergillus niger, which is a BLACK MOLD and toxic to humans.

I’m in a natural food cooperative and it’s a big topic to them as well. Citric acid from food such as citrus was the original source but it’s synthetic now as you say. Most people don’t know how wide spread the use is.
