I can't comment on this issue, I stopped going to target years ago... only difference between target and wal-mart is a slightly better look and fewer pajama pant wearers. Kinda like the difference between a squirrel and a rat.. looks a little better and keeps out of the sewer.

The only reason this even popped up on my radar is my daughter went to target to look for clothes her son. We live in Redneck Central. The boys section was like the one posted in the video...pinks, rainbows, flowers, ladybugs, etc. You get the gist. She said there were maybe 3 completely gender neutral outfits that would be have been "ok"....like plain tan, khaki.

I agree with the general sentiment about sales affecting store policies and told her the same thing mentioned here. Let it hit them in the pocketbook and they will figure it out.

Target is just jumping on the band wagon for sales, but in turn will lose a lot as well. The last time I was at my local target the shelves were kind of bare. They had product but slim pickings. This will just make it worse for them.

Personally, I won't step foot in a Target unless the family drags me there for some dumb reason. "Back to school" or "christmas shopping" is typically the only reasons. I've never seen a point to it. It's like a walmart with jcpenney prices.

I will say, they seem to have cali locked up with their stores. Hard to find a walmart close to anything useful, regardless of where we've been.
