Thursday I skipped the weights and did 55 minutes of cardio. Back pain and cramps were horrible yesterday. Im making some more adjustments to find out what the culprit is. This morning the pain was a little better. The bulk of the pain is right above the ass. I can't think of anything I did to cause it but it has to be related to the massive cramps and gas/digestive pain that seemed to come on last week. Attached is this mornings workout. I plan to hit cardio another 30 minutes this afternoon.
