I tend to keep my logs private and I typically like to share enough of my experience to help others throughout their journey. I don't have a lot of time for updates but I will try to provide as much as possible. Between work and family, life is so busy I tend to complete my workouts while they sleep so 3am is when I usually get up. My oldest is graduating this year so the next 30 days will be a bitch to stay on task but I want to give this as much as I can to have an honest review of the products used. I'm just a simple customer like most of everyone on here. I'm not a rep nor have I received any complimentary gear from any sponsor. I'm currently in the middle of week two on this cycle.
Cycle-Doses selected match how my body responds to each element. Also for any Deca haters I will say I've had my best cuts done of a deca, test, and dbol cycle. Fat melted off and water weight was minimal.
Test E (Para pharm from UGfreak) 750mg per wk. Weeks 1-12, 13-18 650mg per wk
Deca (EP from PSL) 200mg per wk. Weeks 1-12
Primo (Auctus from HB) 500mg per wk. Weeks 1-12, 12-18 400mg per wk
TRT will follow after week 18.

Milk thistle once a day
Multi vitamin once a day

Goal for this cycle is a little unorthodox. I'm doing more of a lean bulk and recomp. I've added some size over the last 2 years but I have struggled to keep it while cutting. This time I'm looking to shave the fat down as much as possible without losing much of the muscle I've worked hard to get. To do this I will need to step it up on my cardio compared to what I'm doing now.
I'll provide meals and times as I go, but meals will begin on most days around 3:15am and last meal will be around 5:30-6pm.
Trying to keep total cals around 1900-2100
Fat 15g-55g
Carbs 170-210g
Protein 275-300g
ALL WORKOUTS ARE APPROXIMATE. SAT & SUN WILL BE MID MORNING & WILL HAVE COFFEE AND MEAL 1 HR BEFORE. ALL WORKOUTS DURING THE WEEK WILL BE AT 4AM WITH COFFEE AND WATER BEFORE/DURING. Pre-workout meal and protein bar to immediately follow workout with a full meal within 90 mins after workout.
DAILY WATER INTAKE 3500ml-4000ml

If HB primo 200mg is as good as PSL EP 100mg primo then I will know soon enough! I've had two primo cycles. PSL primo was a game changer. The first cycle I had of primo was para pharm and I'm almost certain that it was actually mast e. The results were nothing like the primo cycle from PSL and the para pharm didn't really do much to my e2 levels. e2 levels pretty much crashed on PSL primo which lead me to increasing the test and once I had that sweet spot it was badass!
