I tend to keep my logs private and I typically like to share enough of my experience to help others throughout their journey. I don't have a lot of time for updates but I will try to provide as much as possible. Between work and family, life is so busy I tend to complete my workouts while they sleep so 3am is when I usually get up. My oldest is graduating this year so the next 30 days will be a bitch to stay on task but I want to give this as much as I can to have an honest review of the products used. I'm just a simple customer like most of everyone on here. I'm not a rep nor have I received any complimentary gear from any sponsor. I'm currently in the middle of week two on this cycle.

Cycle-Doses selected match how my body responds to each element. Also for any Deca haters I will say I've had my best cuts done of a deca, test, and dbol cycle. Fat melted off and water weight was minimal.
Test E (Para pharm from UGfreak) 750mg per wk. Weeks 1-12, 13-18 650mg per wk
Deca (EP from PSL) 200mg per wk. Weeks 1-12
Primo (Auctus from HB) 500mg per wk. Weeks 1-12, 12-18 400mg per wk
TRT will follow after week 18.

SUPPLEMENTS
fish oil twice a day
Milk thistle once a day
Multi vitamin once a day

Height 5'7" (still short lol)
Weight 204lbs
Goal for this cycle is a little unorthodox. I'm doing more of a lean bulk and recomp. I've added some size over the last 2 years but I have struggled to keep it while cutting. This time I'm looking to shave the fat down as much as possible without losing much of the muscle I've worked hard to get. To do this I will need to step it up on my cardio compared to what I'm doing now.

I'll provide meals and times as I go, but meals will begin on most days around 3:15am and last meal will be around 5:30-6pm.

Trying to keep total cals around 1900-2100
Fat 15g-55g
Carbs 170-210g
Protein 275-300g

ALL WORKOUTS ARE APPROXIMATE. SAT & SUN WILL BE MID MORNING & WILL HAVE COFFEE AND MEAL 1 HR BEFORE. ALL WORKOUTS DURING THE WEEK WILL BE AT 4AM WITH COFFEE AND WATER BEFORE/DURING. Pre-workout meal and protein bar to immediately follow workout with a full meal within 90 mins after workout.
DAILY WATER INTAKE 3500ml-4000ml

Workout logs will be posted throughout the week. I'll update the log tomorrow with some photos from last year and the current image.

If HB primo 200mg is as good as PSL EP 100mg primo then I will know soon enough! I've had two primo cycles. PSL primo was a game changer. The first cycle I had of primo was para pharm and I'm almost certain that it was actually mast e. The results were nothing like the primo cycle from PSL and the para pharm didn't really do much to my e2 levels. e2 levels pretty much crashed on PSL primo which lead me to increasing the test and once I had that sweet spot it was badass!
 
Today's workout. Chest and triceps. Usually I begin my workout week on Sunday but had some motivation this morning.

These two are today. Looking at them kind of hit the ego LOL. Yes I picked up some size but I picked up some serious chub as well. Time to lean out and see what this Primo can do!

Last year I ran test e and tren e in April and some of may. June July test e, eq, and primo. Felt like garbage.

Last fall I ran test e and primo 700mg/400mg.

I was pretty much doing a cut throughout all summer and fall.

You look to be very detailed hopefully you will be able to provide some good updates along the way!

1. What does your training split look like?
2. You’re a pretty big dude at above 200 pounds why do you have your calories at only 2100 to start?

I've been responding well to the schedule below. I think that's what your asking. I also need to focus on cardio added daily. I have not been doing that since the fall. Work and family stuff can impact everything but I just need to get it done!
Chest/triceps
Biceps, legs, abs
Shoulders
Back
Chest and triceps but fewer sets and focus on upper chest

Yeah the cal count is a little odd for me. I'll be in a deficit but still pack it on. To cut I've had to drop calls to 1500-1800. My hope is I can shed this fat by keeping calls around 2000. My best cut came from high carbs, high protein, and fat as low as possible.
 
I’m the same as you. Roughly the same height, but you’re much bigger than me. I find that in the 2,100 - 2,400 range, I pack it on easily as well. In order to cut, I have to stay sub 1,900 and run high protein, moderate carb and low fat. Otherwise I don’t lose an ounce. Keto made me feel like absolute trash and I’ll never do that again. Strength plummeted, looked flat and don’t think I lost much fat. It was terrible. Going thru a cut now and running test, primo and var.

Man I hear you! Yeah keto worked but it's not sustainable. I was weak and tired 24/7.

Car I can't do. Tried once and it made me crazy aggressive even at a 25mg dose. I can do winny but in low doses and I do 4 days on 3 off. Three weeks the most otherwise it sends me into a crazy depression

H&B everything for me. I do get pip with the Primo, but I know their stuff is excellent, so I just don’t worry about it. Part of the game.

Shoulders this morning. Didn't get up until 4:15am so ran behind. Bad sunburn jacked me. Only had time for 25 min of cardio after work.
Tomorrow I'll cover some ground.

Dinner tonight mixed veggies with 9oz of boneless chicken. I'll try to post an example of my meals a few times a week.

This is where I am so far today. Have my daughter's concert to attend this evening. If I'm starving when I get home may have some greek yogurt with protein powder. My burned cals will probably be around 4k by midnight. Need to get that up to 4500-4800 to see the magic.

Today was back day. Back at it at 0 dark Hundred!

Lunch. 8oz of chicken with the wife's stuffed shells. Stuffed shells is a no fly zone for my diet but it's not horribly bad and I figured if I didn't eat them there would be hell to pay!

Update.
Beginning of week I threw in 25mg of winstrol on 4 lift days. Winstrol has a tendency to cause me severe depression. Last dose was Wednesday and from Wednesday -Friday morning I was a little nutty. Obsessing over my relationship and questioning everything. Very depressed. Not sure why it affects me so bad mentally. It really sucks because it burns that fat off me soo fast. Anyway slight change on the cycle.
I threw in 300mg of masteron ETH per week from week 3-13. This to assist with fat burn, bloat, and mental sides.
Friday and Saturday ended up being mental health days to get back on track and to treat the wife like a queen. Got to make sure she feels like I can't be without her! If mind and relationship isn't right then nothing else means a thing.

I also added LGD 5043 5mg per day. This will be taken for at least 7 weeks. Never tried sarms before so looking forward to the experiment. Hopefully there's no mental sides from this.

I'm almost complete with week 3, so far joints are improving, lost 4lbs, and want to fuck all the time.
I'm not feeling or seeing anything from the primo just yet, at least nothing like the PSL primo that I used in the fall. 3 more weeks and it should be full swing. It may be difficult to evaluate the primo with the other substances but the PSL primo wowed me. It was like a better look then tren with no sides or aggression, so If I'm not wowed in 3 more weeks then I guess I'll just wait longer lol.

Going to hit the weights now with a light cardio. I'll update later.

I don't think that was it. I know what that's like. Plus it was gone in 36 hours which is about what it takes for winny to leave.

Wrist is fucked. Slipped trying to get another rep of 295. Had to lower weight to 255 and do more reps. Hopefully with my brace and cold plunges it will recover quickly. About 30 mins left on the lift!

I also can't seem to get this bloat down but no symptoms of high E2. I went from 204lbs to 198lbs and a week later I'm now at 205lbs. Fat is under 26g, protein 270-300, carbs 150-200. Total daily calls are 1800-2000.

I'm considering dropping the deca to see if it makes a difference. So far primo has been a no show. It should be showing its face within 2 weeks. I don't know why but I'm all over the place with how I'm responding to these compounds. This is not normal compared to previous experiences.

Any thoughts?

Macros for the day. Went over the 2k cals and didn't burn enough. Bed time and kicking it off hard at 315am. Need the get the cals up to 4k burned tomorrow.

Have you only used Primo for 2 weeks? If so, that’s way too short of a time, Primo E takes 6-7 weeks for me to start seeing. Be patient.

Why are you doing 4 sets with the same weight every set?

Not all are the same and the reps vary. I'll add or decrease based on the number of reps. Yesterday was a little more similar because I couldn't get my heart rate up. Not enough sleep
