Test:Deca Ratio

Just wanted some opinions on the age old debate on test : deca ratio

I've heard numerous opinions on the matter but it seems to be most common for people to run slightly higher test than deca

5:4 seems to be the most common ratio used. Some people say 1:1, some say you need as much test as a 2:1 ratio

Some of you dare devils say it's ok to run higher deca

What have you done previously and what do you feel is the most well tolerated for most people?

2.5 to 1 for me.

I run 1000 Sust and 400 Deca.

That's the most mgs I've run.

I believe 600mgs test to 400mgs Deca would be a good ratio though normally. Especially if throwing in some Provi.

I use deca all year round. And I can tell you I tolerate it well. But I always runner higher test than Deca. I only run them the same if I use proviron or mast. I have never heard anyone with any real Deca experience run it way above test. It will raise you prolactin and your progesterone and your dick will stop working all together or you libido will tank. But that’s my opinion I’ve been using deca or NPP for 3 years on every cycle or TRT.

I respond really well to Deca at low doses! I can get away with running only 300mg ew while I run my test at 500mg ew. I like to run provi 25-50mg and/or Mast E at 200mg with it also.
