This is the beginning of my fat loss log with Tesos. I will be taking .5mg in the AM and .5mg in the PM.

I started these today. I believe a little time will be needed for the drug to accumulate in my system and begin to work.

Before photo will be taken today.
Im not sure how long I will run these as I need to research this compound a little more. After photos will be taken as well, but I can't give an exact date at the moment.

I have been eating pretty healthy lately and I have been getting used to eating less, especially with the help of one of Wes's supps. On top of training, I usually walk for about 3 hours. This is coming from my work, where I'm on my feet 6 to 7 hours per day. I believe this will help this product shine as I am consistently burning calories throughout the day.

I will be dropping dosage down to .5mgs per day. Clinical studies only showed a 1.4% change (11.x% to 12.x%) between .5mg and 1 mg per day.

After reading about high blood pressure as a possible side with higher dosages, a 1.4% change is not worth doubling the dosage to me.

It seems this drug really works in clinical studies.

I've already noticed less of an urge to eat in few shorts days. It seems I stay full longer. That's the only way to describe it.

I saw a web site selling 30 of these pills for $250.00. No BS...

Good move on reducing the dosage to 0.5 mg ED.
I agree and don't think greater than 0.5 mg is worth it.
I would suggest just one pill a day (0.5 mg).

So like with introducing anything new, it is wise to suggest keeping it modest (informed and responsible AAS users would tell someone to try Tren at 800 mg a week for their first time ever using it; they would recommend using a modest dosage so the individual may safely learn how he reacts to the compound)
The dosage range info I was given said 0.25 mg to 1 mg per day.
You could even try as low as 0.25 mg ED to be cautious whiles assessing the effect if you are able to split the pills (my females friends often split Pharmacom tabs with a pill cutter from Walgreens to make smaller dosages).

Because it is likely many here may have never used this specific compound before, it is wise to be modest and responsible -- I would not exceed the 0.5 mg ED middle-point of the dosage range for the first time ever using the new compound.

Morning protein shake (2 scoops protein - 60g, banana, big scoop PB) keeps me full for about five hours instead of 2-3. The first couple hours are kind of tough because of how full you feel. I feel lethargic when I feel very full.

I had one 40g protein shake (muscle milk)

I ate 8oz top sirloin and half a cup of rice.

That was it and I was full all day.

This drug does what it's intended to do in a relatively short time. It's been much quicker than expected, even with only .5mgs per day.

I wonder, with the half-life, if your first larger dosages front-loaded a little.

Do you feel like if someone took 0.5 first thing in the am, that by the next day he would return to normal baseline appetite?

Based on your feedback, I am wondering if some guys may find it a useful tool for intermittent fasting.
I'm already getting ideas such as omitting it on feeding days and then use it on a fasting day to push through if fasting is difficult.
During a feeding days, lift and eat (take AAS, GH, slin, or whatever as usual). Then, during fasting days, don't lift (just let TDEE do its thing) and, if GH is used, break up GH dosages to small 1 iu every 4 hours so it is constant lipolysis.
Obviously, there are many other tools available that people may use, but I don't want to make any suggestions that, if used wrong, may be dangerous so I just use the GH example. (no way someone can F-up with GH, right?.. I hope).

This is literally a wonder drug for overweight people. They can literally still eat like crap, but they will eat less crap and lose weight. Kinda crazy when you think about it. If an overweight person was to take these and actually eat clean, the results would be nuts.
I can't believe how effective it is at making you feel full for so long with no side effects that I experienced, even with 1mgs per day.

Let's get this thing rollin again...

Another approach may be to just take the 0.5mg pill EOD (like with any compound, we may each have to find what works best for our individual response).

Can you explain a little? Obviously, it's not eating and then eating more. However, what are the optimal time frames for each for fat loss? Not educated on fasting well.

I only took 500mcg this morning, have been able to eat, but not feel extremely full. However, this is my first dose. I believe I will take 500mcg EOD like RT suggested and see how that plays out.

I am switching compounds here relatively soon. I will be using test sten mast and an anavar/ winstrol blend. I am looking for tren results with no tren. I really enjoy being a bigger guy that is extremely nice and makes people laugh. It's how I make my money. My patience is key. I will not let any drug make me short tempered. If it does, it's cut out immediately even if does miracles (trenbologny sandwich).

I believe these compounds with this diet pill will be an amazing combo. Cant wait to see side by side pics 2 months from now.

This is leaner for me. Im 218 down from 235. Before this, I always just wanted to be as big and strong as possible. I want to be 210 ish and still have decent size.

After adjusting the dosage, I am enjoying these. No more bloated feeling all day. Very happy and excited to see what is to come.

Love that movie !

You watch that diet and keep the protein higher than normal but of course lower kcals . You will be there soon. It takes longer and longer to get results that used to come quickly (I am speaking of my clients as I watch) . The older you get , the more you have to “dial it in”. That’s good though because we need the gym ! It’s my place ! My “I’m doing well” place !

Yeah. Just recently watched a video talking about a very well renowned coach who has like 5 of his major pro athletes die (McCarver was one of them) from using DNP. It was on Nick's Strength and Power.
