Also just to add, and I'm not a bodybuilder just follow the lifestyle, but my last cut I looked really good and vascular but I felt like I burned to much muscle. This time I'm trying to stay fuller and go about it slower and so far I'm happy with my approach. Kind of like doing my version of a carb cycling approach. Especially since I usually eat more on the weekends I have moved my back and leg days to the end of the week to take advantage of the extra calories. I don't know what the hell I'm doing but seems to be working better than my previous method.
