Received my sample of Gym N Tonic liquid Tada and it's well packaged in a dropper bottle. Will see how it works!

I am also curious how this will also help with BPH as I was recently diagnosed with it at my physical done 2 weeks ago. My PSA was pretty elevated on my bloodwork so I may see if this can help.

Okay took the first dose of .25ml which should correspond to roughly 9mg, as the dropper is marked in .25ml increments. I liked the flavor which is something like pina colada and no aftertaste noted.

Should I take more or less as this is my first time with the product?

Up to you but 10-20mgs PRN or as needed is common, ty sir for the review

Thanks man, I feel more motivated than ever now and I'll continue to push on even as I get closer to 60. Gonna build on my gains with another cycle this summer.

I'm going back for bloodwork in 2 months to see how my PSA is and I have enough Tada to last me at least till then.
