Sustanon-500 is not a testosterone in and of itself but a mixture of four different testosterones. For the performance enhancing athlete Sustanon can be a fine choice but the idea of injecting only once or twice a month is not applicable here. As a performance enhancer this testosterone like all forms will need to be administered on a more frequent basis. This mixture carries with it two fast, short esters, Propionate and Pheylpropionate, a longer more moderate ester Isocaproate and the very slow and long Decanoate ester. In order to keep testosterone levels stable and at their peak most athletes will inject Sustanon-250 at a minimum of every 3 days and more commonly every other day for optimal results.
Some will say that with such a high concentration of hormone there has got to be a high level of PIP. From my experience, it is not any worse than a Testosterone Enanthate- at 200 mg/ ml. I have found that if PIP does present, the simple step of warming the oil prior to injection mitigates the effect. The great thing about the Syst 500 is that if you are running 500 mg a week, you are pinning a smaller volume which makes stacking with additional AAS a breeze.
