I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not but I was going to start doing sus and Decca is there any reason not to or is that okay any info would help
 
I'm running sust and deca right now go for it.

You should do more reading on this site. Test + Deca is one of the most basic cycles you can take.
Run it.
