Bpc-157. I've used it through two shoulder surgeries. I swear by it. You'll find plenty of info on here about it as well. Google "peptide calculator" and it will help you with the mixture and dose.

When i had my shoulder rebuilt at 40 as the infraspinatus and supraspinatus was tron off the bone and a ruptured bicep was fixed. I was natural, ate healthy and started back in the gym training my torso and 3 appendages the best i could. Recovered way ahead of Dr. schedule. In my early 50's had my other shoulder replaced. Ate very healthy, did real TRT and 2 i..u. HGH and recovered way ahead of Dr. schedule. And was back in the gym working out what i could a week after surgery. I find food and activity to be great for healing.

I'm just started the protocol detailed here, ion order to avoid surgery (until I'm 65, 55 now). No clue if it will work, but I'm detailing it week-to-week here. I figure one of three outcomes... 1) It works, no surgery. 2) It doesn't work completely, but it helps, and I still need surgery but I have evidence to use it after surgery. 3) It doesn't work at all, and I need surgery. Surgery is scheduled for late December, and ideally I will be able to cancel it.

Take it slow. Rest and physical therapy are all you need to do for now. HGH will help, trt dose test only. AAS aren’t conducive to healing.
I’m having my hip replaced on Tuesday, had my knee replaced 15 years ago and have had 7 shoulder surgeries.
Unfortunately I know what I’m talking about lol.

Good luck bro with your hip. If you need me to I will hold on to all your Biohazard gear while you are healing. I mean no need keeping temptation within reaching distance. Right? Lol

Been through it twice most recently in April. Started PT 2 weeks after surgery which was 3 weeks earlier than when I had my other shoulder done I believe it helped a lot getting started early under supervision to get your mobility back. Stayed on with the therapy twice a week for a few months. Lots of walking, clean diet and good sleep. If you got an Ice machine I used one twice a day for the first 4 or 5 weeks and that is a God sent. As far as supplements I did my trt dose plus 2 iu of growth. 7 months post surgery and I feel amazing and can get after it in the gym better than before. Follow you pt's and surgeons guidelines for activity and weight restrictions don't want to rush it and re tear. Good luck brother you'll be better than before!

Me and TSA are on a whole other level. I can’t remember the last time I flew without the “please step over here sir” treatment.
Weird. My stainless and titanium implants never set off anything. The wand will go off if pretty much touching my skin, but otherwise, never a issue.
