Ive done it both ways with orals, Sublingual and subbucial.... Sublingual is the way to go with orals as it hits the bloodstream faster.
The taste isnt bad, it all depends on what the manufacturer used as fillers/binders.

Others swear by it pre workout. I feel I get better results/feels when taking orals am/pm. Never tried Winstrol though, joints get sore enough lol

Var, Drol and Winny Sublingual 20 minutes pre workout leads to a massive spike and I likey for a once in awhile Leg or Back day in the off-season.

Just let the tablet dissolve under your tongue.

Just put the tab under your tongue and let it dissolve... 1-3 min.. If its Caps.... Dont do it sublingual. Thats horrid.

Unless it’s micro fine raws I’m not sure how much crosses the tissue/blood boundaries. I use some topicals that do but they are nano size particles.

Mine appears to not be water soluble, they never seemed to dissolve under the tongue. Ended up just swallowing them.

Pumps and workout were very nice. Was moaning like Tommygunz in a truck stop bathroom.

Might try snorting some later.

How long does yours take to dissolve? Mine are auctus and the powder just kinda sits under my tongue.

Ive done that too with my Pre for a long time...lol. Crush em with a spoon and add to your fav Pre.
