Diuretics are dangerous.

KNOW what you're doing before you even consider ordering it.

This is a unique item at ASF, but only a handful of people really need to use this item at this forum.

Please take my warning seriously.

Yeah…I don’t know if I agree with the justification for diuretic usage here. Only time it’s appropriate is for the stage in my opinion.
Exactly...

Basically, that's why I stated that only a handful of members here should even consider it. If used properly and safely for competing, more power to you.

There's some coach out there that's had a few people die under his wing using diuretics. I know Phil Heath bashes him constantly, but I don't remember the coach's name.

I had an old buddy at the gym who would tell me he was running diuretics year round to combat the estrogen water retention. I was so shocked to hear how stupid he was, and I couldn’t convince him to stop!

Safe to say, he is no longer my friend. I actually believe he was hospitalized for kidney issues. They are no joke and should not be taken unless you have experience or are under direct supervision. Take tren, clen, t3, halo, anything else please for the love of god.

I take it two days only before the show. Prior to taking diuretics I am pounding 2 gallons of water per day and right after the show 2 gallons. I cramp up and it is extremely dangerous if you don’t know what you are doing. Also those two days you will be running to the bathroom every 5 minutes.
Honestly outside competing there is absolutely no reason for it unless prescribed by doctor for medical use.

I have never used prescription diuretic. If I feel a little ankle swelling my doctor told me to use the natural herbal water pills. He said the are not very dangerous as long as you follow the directions. I have used them once I'm a while on cycle to combat extra water I couldn't get rid of around my ankles but can always call him for help or advise. He's walking distance from my house.

The one pictured is very safe..I have it in my lisinopril BP med... only 5 mg though.
When you get into Lasix..a Loop diuretic , it can get tricky... Best left for the stage.

Thank you @CompoundLifts31 for your concern. Can you suggest any alternative methods for managing fluid retention?

Understand that you have some concerns about diuretic usage, and it's important to consider the potential risks and benefits.

@Bolan, It's good to hear that you are taking medication for your excess fluid retention. Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that helps to relax blood vessels, which can reduce fluid buildup in your body.

It's concerning to hear about a coach who may have put their athletes at risk by using diuretics improperly.Remember, your health and safety should always come first.

Be very careful with diuretics. Need to start with the lowest dose possible. Also, drink plenty of water and make sure you have plenty of potassium in your system.
All true ... But it does magic when used with optimum precautions.

Absolutely... Like any other drug, diuretics also should be used under experts supervision and guidance.

Hey Bolan,

Can you explain why this is a safer version than most? (Unfamiliar with loop diuretics vs non-loop diuretics)

If I wanted to take it one time for a beach trip, and took the necessary things like Potassium and plenty of water during the day, would that be safe? Or would it not be worth it to look a little more diced?

Don't be silly; we're trying to get RID of fluids... remember?

/s
Silly?

Many people around the world are constantly dealing with bloating, or retention of water in their bodies. People find their clothes not fit correctly and are negatively affected both in comfort and self-esteem. So, is there anything natural a person can do to help offset this unpredictable hormonal nuisance? YES!
Slim Water

First of all, we should understand what factors can cause water retention. Surprisingly, not drinking enough water is the main culprit. Water helps your liver convert fat into usable energy. If you don't drink enough, your kidneys are overwhelmed with concentrated fluids, and they will make your liver do extra work. As the liver already works hard to turn your body fat into the energy you use, if it has to do the kidney's work, the liver would simply hold onto the extra fat that would have been burned off if you simply had enough water.

What's worse is that instead of excreting water and waste products, your body retains existing water to reuse. which is the main reason causing water retention and bloating. You are in a famine when you don't get enough water, that your body panics and holds on to any existing water selfishly. Dehydration thus can make you look bloated and fat instead of thin and taut. Not to mention the headache, rapid heartbeat, etc. that comes with dehydration. The best way to get rid of this water retention is to drink enough of it to return your body and its processes back to a normal equilibrium.

By drinking properly, you'll also feel thirsty more often, and this will start a healthy cycle of thirst leading to hydration. But you have to keep it up because if you stop drinking enough water, all the good things you've gained from drinking water (balanced body fluids, weight loss, decreased hunger, and thirst) will reverse back to the way they were. In the human body, water affects every aspect of our health. . Water lubricates joints and organs. It maintains muscle tone and keeps skin elastic and soft. Water regulates body temperature, filters out impurities, and keeps the brain working properly while transporting nutrients to and from cells.
