Website down?? Trying to make an order and website is doing weird stuff. I don’t want to miss sale. And get stuff before products are out of stock.

Hello sir I need help with my orders! Been almost 4 days since I did my order and made the payment immediately, received an email from you guys saying my payment was good and they my order should change its status soon already 4 days and nothing changes still says payment review. I’m sorry sir but I choose to pay more money selecting your product according to your website it should be delivered faster bur 4 days with no changes can you help me please
