Get Shredded!
I just recently went and spoke with an Orthopedic doctor in my local area about my left shoulder. I went for about a year ago I noticed that whenever I did over head presses I had some serious pain afterwards. Like an idiot I continued to lift and grind through the pain until one point I knew I had a problem that was not healing. I went and had an MRI done and sure enough they told me that I had torn rotator cuff but that it was small and did not require surgery. I continued to lift but due to the pain that was involved I began to lighten up and basically started half assing it for I was being mentally defeated from not being able to lift like I had been. I decided to go to a chiropractor to see if they could help me but long story short they could not and after 2 months of trying I gave up on that route. Last week I went to the Orthopedic clinic in my area and the doc told me that I had arthritis forming my shoulder along with a separated AC joint. He told me to go home take one ibuprofen tablet a day for the next 6 weeks and to stop doing military presses. After 6 weeks he said that we would reassess my situation and he said that if it does not get better that he would give me a cortisone injection. When I stated that I did not want that but instead wanted to get stem cell injections, which they do at this clinic, he said that he did not care for them for the research is not there to show that they really work. He did state that if I wanted to try them that he could do them but wanted to wait and see if the ibuprofen helped.

With all that being said I wanted to see how many of you out here have had either umbilical cord or bone marrow stem cells injected? If you had them done what was the cost for I forgot to discuss this with him at the time. I am hopeful that the injections can help my shoulder out so that I can get back in the gym for as I mentioned earlier not being able to lift like I want to is taking a toll on me mentally.I find myself now not even going to the gym some days where before I loved going and felt like crap if I did not go and lift. Also to help in case anyone is wondering I am 47 and up until last year I did not have any pain in my shoulders so I would guess I am in the starting stages of arthritis which I have read stem cells can help reverse.

I have a very similar situation with the left shoulder. The Ortho i went to see told me I had a micro tear. No surgery needed. He told me rest, stop overhead pressing & ibuprofin, but added baby asprin combined with pro resolving mediators after exercise. Additionally, I started injecting 2 peptides. BPC-157 & TB-500 2X per week directly into the effected area. The asprin & PRMs really stop the inflamation. The peptides are what are really making a difference though. You'll notice the effects within the 1st week. I have also researched stem cell therapy after a neighbor used it for a knee problem. It worked for the neighbor for 2 years, but he still needed surgery to completely solve his issue. Stem cell is a bit cost prohibitive in comparison to peptides. I would strongly suggest you research peptides in addition to the SCT.

Thanks for the in site and I will look into what PRMs are for I have never heard of that before.

I did try Muscle Gelz Heal shortly after getting my MRI done which is suppose to contain BPC-157 & TB-500 but unfortunetly after going through 2 bottles of it using it twice a day I did not see any change in my condition. I know that it is a cream and I am sure that the injections are way better but I am not sure if I will be able to inject it into my shoulder. I hate having to take my TRT injection once a week and that is me hitting my thigh. I wonder if the ortho would precribe BPC-157 & TB-500 for me? I doubt it.

29 gauge insulin needle. Pinch, Poke & inject. Near painless. If you really hate the thought of needles in the shoulder, go grab some lidocaine cream for $6 at CVS & put that on the injection site 15 mins prior. No Pain.

Bro get the bpc 157 and tb500 and inject 500mcg twice a day into affected area. It will help like nothing you’ve ever seen. It literally HEALED a 2 year old shoulder injury that prevented me from doing any chest or shoulder work for 2 years. After 8 weeks on I was back to doing full shoulder and chest workouts. Shits a miracle brother!!!

I found peptides helped as long as i used them as they seemed to deduce inflammation. But once i discontinued their use things returned. Depends on the severity of the injury it seems.

Did your orthopedic doctor diagnosis you on the spot with your arthritis or did you guys do scans to confirm?
As for stem cell I’ve heard amazing things. My mom actually just had injections in her hands but it’s too soon for me to tell you it cured her. I’m hoping that for her cause her work fucked her hands up good with arthritis over the years.

My "micro tear" was diagnosed via MRI. It's in my left supraspinadus. My progress of healing this is slower than I wish BUT my body is also dealing with healing from 2022 CABG surgery. Dr said that my sternum won't "feel right" for "Probably 2 years post surgery". Slow & steady I guess. Stem cell is still an option on the table I am still considering for the shoulder. The neighbor I mentioned above is very positive about his results as it extended the life of his knee cartilage 2 years

Are you injecting into the Deltoid or into the joint itself?

Look for a
Doctor of Osteopathy or DO
Make sure you ask if they do Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine?

Neuromusculoskeletal medicine is a subspeciality of Osteopathic Medicine that focuses on the interaction of the nerves, muscles, and bones and how they can contribute to problems within the body. I’m currently doing prolotherapy it’s a dextrose medication injections very similar to stem cell but cheaper to your pockets. He told me I can choose stem cell but with his experience and my back ligament damage it was gonna work the same. Mind you I also had a spinal fusion it heal it very well. I keep improving with my pain it’s been almost a year. Try to look 👀 for the ones that only focus in that practice I’m telling you you’re gonna see healing changes slowly. Stem cell is top but I choice the cheapest route and Doctor recommended it I’m feeling better. Hope this helps

I injected all over my shoulder. Kind of just did it where I could feel the pain the most. Used a 30guage 5/16 needle so didn’t really matter
Ty...I've seen the video where the PA is injecting right into the joint!

I have full thickness tears in both rotator cuffs. Surgery was recommended but I've put it off
in search of other options. I can still lift just not as much weight.

I went to a doc and he recommended stem cell injections from the bone marrow in my back.
About $5k per injection. Still thinking it over. The surgery recovery is over 6 months and only
a 70% chance of success.
