Just got back from the Urology TRT dr.

What a worthless visit he told me to lower my dose too and wouldn't give me a therapeutic donation. however he said come back in 6 months and he will test me so there is that. Free tests in 6 months LOL

I dont even think 200mg a week is super high of a dose. I even dropped to 150mg for him LOL.

Hep C is gone. been on TRT since April. dropped alot of my lower belly fat.

im sitting at 140 right now 5'1.

I currently eat 2000 calories a day rn

Goals are to gain weight

I workout fasted in the morning before work with dumbells and a bench.

Was gonna start a cycle NPP TPP Masteron and Dianabol

300 TP / week
300 NPP / week
400 Masteron / week
10mg Dianabol 3x a day

Just kinda wondering if anyone would change anything

200/wk from a urologist is the maximum dose under the Standard of care, and pretty rare to have prescribed outside of a "youthfulness" clinic. Standard dose is 100/wk, and they should only titrate up if symptoms and labwok indicate that's required. I'm a very fast metabolizer and am on 140/wk split into two doses, ending up at the top of the normal range the day before next injection. The overwhelming majority of people at 200/wk (or 150 for that matter) will be well outside the therapeutic range.

I like what @Meetketchup has to say above. This would be the correct way. As for a cycle since it's been so long you will need to run a first cycle and build you way up again. There's no reason to start stacking when you will make plenty of gaines on bumping up your test to 500mg. Stacking is for when you are not making gaines or very little gaines off a single hormone so you add a second one to enhance the gaines. The other issue is if you run 3 compounds and have never ran them separately and have troublesome sides how are you going to know which hormone is the cause. How are going to control the side and do you have the medication you need. It's a slow process in the beginning of testing your body's to different hormones and documenting if there any reactions. This is what I have done for many years.
 
I'm sad I was 160 thought I was doing pretty good LOL but I do wanna loose more body fat.

I have done masteron with TRT before but I def can see how adding Dbol and NPP both as new compounds could create a problem not knowing witch one is causing it.
 
Me personally I’d do TRT sprinkle a little bit of primo and continue on a deficit and cardio. If you’re 140 I’d aim for 130 and then do a mirror evaluation there.
 
If your goal is to gain weight don't lift fasted brother. Your money would be much better if used to hire a coach to get your training and diet on point. No good there the drugs are not going to have much of a positive effect.

That isn't true. You can bulk training fasted. Is it optimal? No, but as long as you're in a calorie surplus you will certainly gain.

Watch the Dbol… the estrogen from it is on another level. If it gets outta hand with the npp in there might cause prolactin issues. You gonna do what you gonna do regardless of what anyone says probably... I know I did…shit …I’m still on my first cycle. Going on 96 wks no bloods straight feelz. 😀 Lol! Have caber and Ai 💯%.. oh and get bloods!! Be safe. Make gainz!! Good luck!
 
Gotta say, I agree with MeetKetchup. Shouldn't be adding any PEDs beyond TRT until everything else is under control. The higher your bodyfat, the more risk you'll run into with PEDs.
If you're intent on bulking, I'd suggest packing on as much strength as you can for a few months to bring your caloric maintenance higher (nobody wants to cut and be forced to eat only 1,500 calories lol), then go into a cut for a few months or longer until you can bring your bodyfat down to 15% or so. If needed, throw in a week of "refeed" to prevent the cut stagnating.
Then you can consider adding a single compound alongside your TRT for a cycle. Keep detailed notes of any changes/side effects throughout the cycle as well. Do this for every compound you consider adding in the future, so if any issues do occur you'll be much more able to pinpoint the root cause. Keep your training/nutrition/sleep/health on point. Get frequent bloodwork.

Ideally, you should spend a couple/few years with the TRT focusing on sharpening up your training, nutrition and sleep. Build a solid physique prior to ever touching any PEDs. Of course, this seems to be becoming the unfavorable opinion these days it seems. If you're hell bent on feeling "enhanced" then just up the test a bit to take advantage of the anabolic properties. Again, I'd advise against any other compounds until you've sharpened up your physique.

Congratulations! . What a weight lifted off of you (curing the hep ). Your doc doesn’t sound too bad (so far) but screw it , I could have you go in with tanked total/free test and he’d have to raise you up. Lol.

That’s a good time to work out too. But you may want to change that depending on your goal.

Are you going for the slim, tight & toned look or …do you have devious plans of beefing up ?

My middle name is actually Max and I gone by it my entire life <3.

Doc was actually super nice. he said he would test me in 6 months. I just found it weird he let me go knowing my alternative was to do blood letting myself and keep doing TRT myself. witch im not opposed to LOL.

I'm only doing it so early right now and fasting cause of my new job. After standing all day I don't even want to do anything atleast right now maybe I'll get use to it. I get up at 430 Take some
Pills and workout then eat and go to work.

So I want to be slim tight and toned that sounds about right. I do however would like to gain a little weight I feel like I could be like 150-155 with less body fat. maybe more but im happy there im only 5'1.

I did however start taking the NPP and TPP Masteron and dianabol last night. I have enough for 4 weeks of dbol and was going to stop my liver returned to normal but im sure its still not happy with me. I have aromasin if needed I never have before but I've also only taken Testosterone 500mg in the past. and Masteron with TRT.

10mg 3x a day Dianabol
300mg NPP / week
300 TPP / week
400 Masteron / week

@DisgruntledJimmy So sleep is something I have a huge issue with. I wake up alot and have a Dr appointment for November 28th for that. my Dad has sleep apnea so who knows. I sometimes wake up every 15 minutes its super shitty.


@302jrob you hit it on the nose :( im super stubborn but I also do plan to take any percautions I can. if I should be taking aromasin no matter what with dbol and NPP I would love to know :)

I also eat really clean and rarely do I venture out of that most of the time I BBQ Chicken, Country Ribs, and Steak then air fry some fish.

I cut everything up for like 4 days hopefully I absolutely hate cooking. I only use stuff with 0 calories for condiments with the exception of sometimes I'll break out the baby rays no sugar if im bored. but thats rare too.

The fish gets broken up by hand and turned into like a salad with onion celery little light mayo mustard and relish no sugar.

then occasionally ill throw in a apple somewhere

I eat all the meat with bens microwave rice cause its easy to do at work and home lol

I dont drink water but I also dont drink any calories. I like Peaks Black Tea with some sort of fake sugar lol and Diet Coke.

Ive tried all the things to put in water I just dont drink enough when its up to water. I'll drink it but I just sip it and it's not enough. boy do I wish I could overcome that.

It may not be the cleanest but I definately think for the most part its pretty clean

... I'd eat all 30mgs about an hour before lifting. Dbol makes you feel like you can bust through walls, and you'll lose that "crazed psycho" feeling by spreading it out over the day. It's like having sift, gentle sex with a hot babe three times during the day ... or handing her a single hardcore hammering the likes of which would crash Pornhub's servers.

I was taking 210mg test prior to cycle and ran out of hgh witch I was doing 1iu morning and 1iu night of acetropins hgh I ran out like 2 weeks before cycle.

so at the same time I started cycle my stuff from Ironlion came in and I started it at 1.5iu am and pm then bumped it to 2iu am and pm after a week.

so at 8 days in on the 2nd (NPP 300 Mast 300 TPP 300 Dbol 30mg) I noticed my like resting HR was 90-100 all the time and like maybe 75 when I sleeping witch is a bump from it being 60

most of the time and like if I worked out it would go up but im at 109 as im writing this at the computer. and I havent moved for a minute.

so I decided that maybe the dbol so I stopped it till the 6th and didnt notice anything different. then I stopped the NPP and switched it with primobolan at 400mg and went down to TRT dose

and was planning to just cruise here for my cycle then drop the primo.

(Now)
So right now im on 210mg of test and 400primo and 1iu hgh in AM and PM
My resting heart rate is outrageous lol or in my mind it is. but I overthink alot. 110hr right now according to Apple Watch ultra. My blood pressure is normal low 115 over 70 pulse 115 it's gone up.

It's been awhile since Ive had a test done. but I haven't changed my Test dose from 210 in quite awhile and it puts me at 1200.

I definately dont want to hurt myself and will except any advice. I can take a full Test from private labs its like 190 and it covers quite a bit if that would help
or stop using things
or just keep going for 14 more weeks.

wrong practice, the dose is relative, you need to have the results of the bloodwork to understand if the dose is high/low or right
