Welp its about that time of year to start getting ridiculously good looking....

This journal is here for the sole purpose of keeping me accountable. Not sure why but i try harder to when I have a journal. Im less likely to fall of the wagon and eat junk for a month straight or only hit the gym twice in a week.

If anyone decides to follow and has a question about my supps shoot me a pm.

Ill be posting what im eating for the most part with food porn. I do most of the prep on sundays. i will also have progress pics and other random stuff I might be doing with my life.

Like always I will be training like Anllela Sagra is watching..:whip:

Chest

Incline bench 6 sets

HS bench 4 sets

Tri push down SS Cable flies 5 sets

Bench machine 4 sets

Shoulder press machine

15 mins bike
15 mins stair mill

Basmati rice, chicken, giro meat, and bell peppers

you do teh bro split? push pull legs? Zumba?

Split-

Arms- Yes I do an arm day.. mine suck
Legs
Back and bis- On this day I do mostly back and end with some bi exercises
Chest/shoulders and tris- same here.. Mostly chest then end it with some pushdowns or skull crushers

I do it this way so that I can get a good amount of rest and hit arms more than once in a week.

The real goal is lean gains. Im a little fluffy right now from the holidays. Ill get a pic up but I'm hoping to put on ten pounds this year of lean muscle(I dont gain muscle easy). So its an achievable goal if I keep my focus and eat what I should be eating. the secondary goal is always my legs. I want them bigger but with my injuries I can only do so much.

Well might as well get this over with....

height 5'9
weight 190ish... My weight can fluctuate up or down 5 lbs in a day. So a lean 200 is the goal this year.

As you can see Im skinny fat currently... I lost all abs i had before October and I dont think I have blasted in about 6 months(I'd have to check the other log). Work outs since October have been inconsistent. Which is pretty usual for me this time of year.

Welp here they are: no pump what so ever, no increase in gears..... and no muscles:hmm:.. But im not worried Ill have an update to post and be proud of shortly. First pics are always the worst man.. (no editing aside from resizing)

Got a solid base there Skinny...you don't seem that skinny to me so eat hearty and train hard!

Well when I started this journey over on Iron mag I was 160 lbs. A lot of life has happened since then.

HAHAH Im a good cook GDI!!!!! everyone says so..:(.. I swear.


and that was delicious.

I actually dont eat much chicken breast but these come premarinated from my butcher and are actually good. and well most of my food is veggies meat and rice or potato in different variations... basically every meal that is not breakfast... I do have a meatball bento that has pasta(made with garbanzo beans) and a paleo marinara.

I try to stay away from flour and milk now. That shit doesn't do anything but make me fat and fart.

Hey man it's all good. I eat to live not the other way around. Nobody tries to eat my food. My secret is the sauce. Sauce makes anything taste good.

But that chicken looks like one of those one eyed scary looking fish that live 30,000 ft underwater.

yeah Anlella is gorgeous... I cant find one thing about her looks i dislike. Of course she could always be a total bitch. who knows:coffee:.



And I think I am going to have another suit made this year. Depends on if they sponsor an event that a charity I support hosts. If they do I will buy one from that event(same as last year) because the proceeds go to support trafficked women.. which is a bigger domestic problem than most people realize.

Did legs this morning

Leg press 7 sets

Squat machine(below) -5 sets

Straight leg dead 4 sets

I was done and legs were starting to tighten up.
