30*5, 25*5, 20*5, 15*8
Front raises drop set
22.5*8, 17.5*8 four sets
Bent over laterals(rear delt) drop set
15*8, 10*8
Did some more arms also. Tri push down flat bar and rope SS Cable curls (hammer and regular) Slow movements light weight just trying to get a burn. Reps were 20+ per exercise 5 sets.
There were some big guys at the gym today. No body even gave me a second glance accept when I shouldered the 80s people were looking at me like my skinny ass was going to get crushed. And understandably so. but that was the only heavy set I did.... Still trying to keep it light.
Also I'm getting kind of antsy to start tren.. Thats when the magic happens
