Did some more arms also. Tri push down flat bar and rope SS Cable curls (hammer and regular) Slow movements light weight just trying to get a burn. Reps were 20+ per exercise 5 sets.

There were some big guys at the gym today. No body even gave me a second glance accept when I shouldered the 80s people were looking at me like my skinny ass was going to get crushed. And understandably so. but that was the only heavy set I did.... Still trying to keep it light.


Also I'm getting kind of antsy to start tren.. Thats when the magic happens :D

My back was a little tweaked when I woke up this morning but the work out still felt good at a lower capacity. Im going to start using more cable pull downs and less Hs machines for the time being and see how that goes.
