Anyone experience crap service with PSL? Their selection and prices seem great, but I made an order * weeks ago and I've still got nothing but ***** *****. still hasn't received it

It can take a couple weeks to get to the States, if you made an international order. And they might not ship the pack out the same day they make a tracker for it. I've made a few orders with no issues.
Plus USPS has been nutritiously slow to update things lately.

if its international, do you think that usps operates overseas? or maybe just maybe usps will update when they get the product? ie arrives in the local, so that local postal service can start tracking it.
 
Psl cannot control customs, nor can they control tracking being updated. Once it leaves their hands its outta there hands. My last order never updated at all and it arrived. Again this is out of psls hands. Patience is key brotha. Psl never burned anyone.

PSL is reputable. Be patient, otherwise, your days being given even an minute amount of respect, are over.

People, here is an example of what could happen when some orders are supposed to be quicker than others.
Depending on the time of the week, some people place their orders towards the end of the week, The weekends are not entirely active with full collections.
Sometimes clients have issues updating their payment information, that puts a delay, once the payment has been officially received, and their account is changed to order processing, that means finances have been collected.
From there it will go to different departments, that share different time zones to prepare for a journey.
This can take place anywhere from up to 6 days after finances have been officially confirmed. Not paid, but officially confirmed.
For safety and security, pizzas and t-shirts are not delivered regularly and on a daily basis. There is systems of checks and balances.
