GT—— it’s funny you mention this... I’m currently on week 4 of the GymNTonic Sema... I’ve experienced many benefits including weight loss and losing a belt size. One of the things I have very unexpectedly gotten is much deeper sleep. It’s crazy, I used to be a very restless sleeper but am only getting up 1-2 times a night as opposed to 3-5. My chick has also mentioned I am not snoring as much

Every 5 days or every 7th day is what doctors prescribe. I go by doctors I work with protocols tbh. .25-.5 e5 ore7d is what i tell peopleI need to send some girls to you ! I started .125mgs e5d and Im nauseated as hell all week. I have zero appetite and my abs look insanely good. Even Im impressed
