If you mix in 2 cc of bac water aka 2mL of bac water into it. Then every 10 units aka every 10 dash mark on an insulin pin is 250mcgs aka .25mgs
In the med field the most common starting dose is .25mgs every week SubQ or every 5th day. Then people may move up to .5mgs as their weekly or 5th day dose. Does this make sense sir?

I feel like an idiot asking this because I've reconstituted a million things in my life correctly but my brain feels like mush today. If the vial is 5mg and you mix 5ml of BAC into it is it not then 1mg/ml?
Been on Sema for about 8 months now. Titrated up to the highest dose. Have lost 35lbs. Wife is down about the same. The initial appetite suppression was phenomenal but now it's just eh. However I find myself being able to eat less and when I do eat not over eating and staying within my macros. Been stuck at the same weight for a few months but that's likely due to other things. Also interesting is my 6 month blood work came back MASSIVELY better. Bad Cholesterol was down 45 points, good was up 15. Liver enzymes went from slightly elevated to perfect. A1C (not surprising) went down quite a bit. All other markers improved. I am taking absolutely nothing but my TRT and multi in addition to this stuff. The only thing that tanked was my B12 levels which my NP said is very common as sema depletes vitamin B. I've been grabbing it from a few different sources but will give yours a go here soon Wes.
Have heard Monjouro is even better but the price on that even from Peptide websites is unreal.

You can't get 5ml of BAC into most peptide vials.
If you use 2ml of Bac with a 5mg vial. Each ml has 2.5mg Sema. That makes each 10 mark on a 1cc insulin stringe 250mcg or .25mg 👍

My girl is Russian and no matter how much food I put in front of her she will eat it and more.. she weighs like 110lbs.
But when we put her on Ozempic 2years ago she would eat a few bites and then stop ..which NEVER EVER happens!
I was like wtf is happening.

Best feedback I have seen so far, is one of my clients is now down 21lbs and its been about 2.5 weeks for him.
He is doing Keto diet in addition to .5mgs Sema in case anyones wondering.

Yes he did and the only side effect he has complained of is some nausea. The most common side.

Oh for sure. I have bigger vials so I can mix up a few at a time. Put 2-3ml into the actual Sema vial then draw that out and put it into the bigger one then add an additional 2-3ml.
It's unfortunate that the Rx version of Sema and tirzepatide are so expensive and from what I've seen most insurances won't cover it unless it's being used for diabetes. With obesity being so rampant in the US (and other countries) we have two drugs that could do some serious good for so many people but unattainable because of price. Most people aren't going to do what we are doing with the BaC water and syringes. Of course if people don't learn about nutrition while taking said drugs and go back to their old lifestyle after getting off it'll be a constant cycle of going on and off.

Myself and a friend got some to try out. Im on the 4th week and down 8lbs. With no change in diet. Not working out because I’m having neck surgery next week so im just using to manage weight for a while until I can train again. Hunger is definitely decreased but it also hit or miss. Its almost like I binge from time to time. I won’t eat for 12-14 hours and then I eat all my calories in one meal. Then I’ll eat and won’t barely finish a meal half way.
My friend started later and is down 9lbs in 2 weeks.

Rookie question guys, just ordered some from GnT, thanks Wes 💪. After reading this 2ml of Bac water is the way to go correct ? Also does it need to be refrigerated after adding the Bac water . Green around the ears when it comes to peptides or anything I have to mix . Thanks fellas
I asked a similar question. Wes told me to refrigerate after constituting, but after you draw for the weekly injection, let it sit out for a few minutes at room temp. In other words, store in the fridge, but don’t inject it cold. That is working for me anyways.
i have been meaning to post an update. I ordered from Wes and had it at my door in no time. So shout out to him for that.
I started my semaglutide at .25 and jumped to .5. This past Thursday was my 3rd shot. I’m down 8 pounds in just over 2 weeks. the nausea is real though and i’m having a hard time eating much of anything. I do think this is causing some lethargy/fatigue, but i’m trying to power through. I’m not testing my blood sugar but i probably should be since my food intake is much less. For reference, i weighed 223 the day i took my first shot and 215 this morning. Im happy with that. If i can average 6-8 pounds every 2-3 weeks until i’m down to 200, then i’ll be damned happy about that.
A bit of background on me in case anyone wants to know. 44 yrs old. 5’11 and as stated above, was at 223 when i started semaglutide. I’m also on TRT (150mg/wk). I had some health issues and a shoulder injury that’s had me out of action for a while now. I’m hoping to get back to the 200lbs range pretty quick. I picked up some cardarine with the semaglutide but haven’t started that yet. i’m think i’m going to add that in this week and hit the cardio a bit harder. I am eating a bit better/cleaner as i’d let some bad habits creep in.
Also, my wife started this semaglutide a week after me (i was the guinea pig i guess -lol) and she started at .25. She was down 9 pounds at the 8 day mark. She is staying at .25 for the time being. She has really battled the nausea and yesterday got sick a couple of times. Other than not being able to really eat much, her diet or what she eats hasn’t really changed, but then again, she’s always eaten pretty clean
For us, the day of and day after the shot are the worst as far as nausea goes and it starts to get better each day that passes after that.
So far i’d say it’s been as advertised!
