Get Shredded!
Hey Guys

I quit juicing 10 years ago, same time i quit lifting weights actually. (Wife and kids came into picture) I used lots of different compounds back then, and was juicing on
and off for about 4 years in a row.

Now as i am 32 today, as time passes i get those side effects of having low test.
I havnt done any bloodwork for years and years, so i decided to do one last week to see if the moodswings and the bad temper was from low test.
Lab test came in and the test was low. All the other lab test was perfect.

See here in my country, docs wont prescribe TRT until the test is under a certain amount (cant remember the exact)
So i was thinking of just self prescribing me some Test E, and was wondering whats the proper amount of mg pr week you guys would suggest?
And is pinning once a week an option? or best to do it twice?

Let me add in that ive started lifting again, with a proper diet and training program and oh boy, the muscle memory is really a thing.. damn.

Doc said we shall take a bloodtest next year again, to see the test levels, and we can decide what to do from there.

My plan is to stay on self prescribed TRT for a year then come off. Take a bloodtest which prolly will show low tests again, and hopyfully the doc is
gonna prescribe me some TRT.
Reason i want the doc to prescribe in the future is because the TRT itself will be free of charge, with bloodworks and all appointments.

Tell me what you guys think.

I would recommend blood test to lean what your test production is today. If you are at normal range I do not recommend try. That is life long treatment and believe me i am so tired of pinning.
If you are below 250 normal try is 100’mg test c per week up to 200 depending how low.
Again don’t get on yet if not necessary

At 38 I had all the signs of low T. My biggest issue was my bedroom performance and not putting on muscle in the gym. I tested and I was at 302. Zero steroid use prior.

The doctor told me, come back and talk to me when I'm under 250. 302 wasn't bad for a 38 year old.

I took matters into my own hands and start at 125mg every week, pinning Monday/Thursday. Within 6 weeks I saw an immediate improvement. I went from 38 to 28 in a couple months and was super happy.

I'll be on trt for 5 years next month. But, with the positive comes negative. For one, I hate pinning. In the past 5 years I've pinned over 500 time. I can't stand doing it and to think, I have another 30+ years of this? Too, I always want more now. First it was 125mg, then 200mg, then 500mg, etc. I blast and cruise. I've pushed my body to the limits with all these drugs. I've given myself permanent tendon damage. I've partially torn my pec and fully tore my quad. When will it stop?? Although, I've put on over 20 pounds of muscle in those 5 years.

Remember, for all the positives, the negatives will be there too. Especially if you're competitive and have an addictive personality.

Good luck!

Thx i will do.

Here are my T lvls. Its below normal unfortunately,

I could imagine being on TRT will suck pinning for life, but what are my other alternatives?
The more i wait the more my T lvls will fall and i will just get more of the side effects from having low testosterone.

Im only 32 so could imagine how it will look in like in my 40’s.

Thanks for posting guys, Lincoln and Wiseguy and letting me in on the downside of pinning and of course other side effects that May occure.

But again tell me what u guys think of the lab test, and what u would have done if you were in my shoes.

Regards
