Get Shredded!
Hi,

I am thinking of hopping onto my first cycle and hoping to get some advice.
I am 31, have been lifting for 13 years, and won a few natural bodybuilding competitions. I am keen to finally break my old PRs and have more lean muscle mass than before.

I am looking for a steroid cycle that will have the least amount of potential for depression and anxiety during PCT.
I have heard the lowered natty test production and other factors during this time may cause this. So I want to go on a cycle that will have the most lenient PCT, and the shorter the PCT duration the better.

I am also looking for opinions on how the withdrawal symptoms of PCT would compare to the withdrawal symptoms of coming off an antipsychotic like Risperidone.
If anyone has experience and could compare the two, it would be useful.

From my experience, I was in a really bad place when I came off Risperidone which I only used for 14 days before tapering off it, over a period of 3 days. I ended up using Seruqel, a lighter antipsychotic to help come off it.
I have a history of mental illness regarding anger, depression, and anxiety and I'm always going through something. So I fear getting roid rage, and if PCT is worse then I could be in trouble with mood swings, and depression.

Why not instead of just jumping into the juice first....see how you respond to an HCG and Nolva cycle? Pct would be a breeze if any at all.... this can raise your Natural test levels dramatically I think I've read several places where a 100-300% increase is possible.....

In any respect most will tell you a simple testosterone cycle. You will gain from that your first cycle what you will be trying to accomplish years down road on several. You keep it less the longest you can so your body responds to it dramatically. If you jump high at first you will always have to go beyond to get the results. 13yrs is a base you don't want to destroy.

At 31, I would do a test only cycle and then stay on test at a lower, base-dose after. Learn to control a testosterone cycle and cruise before getting into anything else.
If you really want to come off, just come off. Dont taper, dont "PCT"...
Stop pinning, the faster and harder your test falls, the quicker your body will notice and kick back on its own production.
One day "PCT" will be considered out-dated, and counter-productive, because it is.
The problem is that each generation of lifters (about 5 years apart) keeps teaching that non-sense to the next.
Breast cancer drugs dont help your natural test production return.

Use aromasin on cycle to block conversion.

Everyone worries about the side effects of cycling... its seems almost no one looks up the side effects of nolvadex and other common "PCT" drugs.

Hcg and Nolvadex cycle sounds like using a nail hammer to change a tire.
