I haven't felt this good in yrs..
I know it won't last..but I'll enjoy every second..
And, I get down at times..
I guy thought I was 42 in the Gym yesterday...
Unless he was trying to pick me up, I must not look too bad for nearly 57 with my medical shit ...
last month..November I was below 160lbs..
Gained 10 back quick and looking..pretty damn good..considering..

So..you guys have to put up with me a bit more..sorry fellas..lol

Been eating cleaner than ever..
Adding needed supps I've hesitated on before..just need to improve my recovery a bit..
Used some short esters to get going but, now at 600 Test E..400 Deca..no AI needed..
Labs and Markers improving each month..
Staying injury free is No.1...
Maybe nothing too you Monsters out there, but after 3 days back..I put 205 up...
At 56,with my issues, that's great..
The 10mgs of Dbol has helped more than anything..a feeling of well-being is so needed..

I know this is for a bigger reason than just me..what,I'll never know..the reasons why..I don't really care anymore...only know.."get up!!"
This Journey is unique..like none I've ever experienced..
If you know half of the story, you should be astonished..but no one knows the whole potato...even I can't remember the first ten years..
I'd say I'm halfway through this Trek...and still getting up before the 10 count..

I'm new to this forum Z and I already like your views on things. I find myself. Being a veteran, hanging my head sometimes with everything going on in our country at the moment. Sometimes I have to step back and look at the good things in my world.
In April 2007, I weighed 282ibs at 5'10". That was back in my Quality Vet days lol. We'll I had a motorcycle wreck and spent two years in a wheelchair. I lost everything, including my fiance. She couldn't deal with me being in a wheelchair the rest of my life. On top of that, I was on pain pills and a total asshole drowning in my self pity. So I'll give her that. I wasn't easy to live with for sure looking back now.
Two years later I started walking again at 165ibs. Losing everything and her leaving me was one of the best things that happened to me. She was one of those fine as hell Louis Vitton high maintenance bitches. I'm glad I never married her lol.
I got back in the gym and became a ripped 225ibs. She had moved to New York City doing modeling. I was on a new bike with another chick on the back when I run into one of her friends one day. That night my ex fiance after two years called me. She wanted to fly in and visit for a few days. She wanted to talk. I told her there was nothing to talk about. She left me when I was down at my worst.
I'm now married to a wonderful woman. Point of my story is the darkest worst storms really make me appreciate the sunshine that much more. I can tell you have character. Keep your head up and I'll keep ya in my prayers.

That's right King. Everyone has challenges come up in life. I've had some tough days in mine. When I'm going through tough times, I always tell myself, there are people out there who have it much tougher than me. Those are words I live by.
I see people who were born or live with severe disabilities and challenges such as down syndrome or cerebral palsy, and I think to myself, I'm such a pussy! I'm able bodied and can do what put my mind to.
It's strange though. They seem to be happy most of the time. I grew up with a close friend that had down syndrome. He was strong as an ox. If I was having a bad day, he always made it better. He was a special soul. Unfortunately he has passed, but I think about him often. He was always happy.

One of my favorite division in the Olympia is the wheelchair division. Those guys are beasts and truly amazing!

Well Z my battles in my life at the moment don't compare to yours at the moment. Surround yourself with positive people that give you strength. That has always been good medicine for me. No negative people or things in my life if I can help it. I used to ride with an outlaw motorcycle club. I got out of that lifestyle by my own choice. I just wanna live a peaceful life now that I'm in my 40s. Godspeed brother!
