All 4 of my orders have gone the same.
1- Emailed my order over
2- They send over the BTC blockchain for payment
3- I email once the payment has been sent and then again once I show it complete
4-They email me back with tracking info within 24 hours (usually much faster than 24 hours).

All of my orders have gone this way and have shown up without a hitch. Great guys to deal with for sure.
