No I’ve done two injections with this gear prior to the one this morning and had zero burning

I have had only one complaint of pip and it was from lathe_crasher using my sustanon but we all know he's a sissy boy hahaha jk brother

How long does it last?

As stated in the original post it was about 20-30 seconds.

I’m not a pussy, and I’ve had some burning before and I’m someone who just pushes through things, but this shit burned like an absolute mother fucker.

Again, the two prior injections there was zero burning. So I have no idea what caused it

I not making excuses but I'm just giving you my experience I've had this issue before and it seems that whenever I don't let the alcohol dry on the stopper or the area that I applied alcohol to where I'm going to inject I get this also.

Mine is usually when I swab the skin and don't wait long enough. I miss the nurse that used to gently blow on my ass before she gave me a shot.

So far I’m not able to tell if the gear is doing anything just yet or if it’s just the increase in calories which was a dramatic increase (2100 daily to about 3700) Obviously I’m only 5 days in so I’m not expecting anything.

All that being said, strength has gone up a bit so that’s good.

No more burning when pinning, I think that was just an isolated incident so hell yeah.

Posting my diet below on training days. The diet below has 4400 calories in it, I’m
Currently only in week one of my cycle so I’m not quite that high at the moment, right around 37-3800 right now. But if things keep going the way they are (digesting meals well and not getting fat) I’m going to eat this diet exactly as below starting in about another week or so.

(Currently not having the Lucky Charms pre or post workout, or the whole milk, not having the Rice Krispies intra workout, and zero Avocado)

IM HOPING COACH CABO, MONTEGO AND SOME OTHER KNOWLEDGEABLE FELLAS will take a look at this and help me out if they see fit. I’m trying to make the most out of this shit!!!!

I’m going to do better with this log and start uploading workouts and weights used and all
Of that good stuff. My log may not be the most detailed but I’ll do my best.

Quick update for now:

One week ago I started this cycle. My morning weight was 208.8.

My morning fasted weight this morning was 215.

Still have a very visible 6 pack..

Strength has gone up there’s no doubt about that. Focus in the gym has gone way up, pumps are so much better. My muscles are rounder and fuller there’s also no doubt about that.

So far I have zero side effects and I’m just getting bigger and stronger.

I’m an OCD nazi on my diet and I am loving it.

CLIFF NOTES:

today is 7 days on SB’s gear (test, NPP, mast, and TBOL) weight is climbing already, strength is climbing, I’m bigger rounder and fuller.

I’m pumped about this. Thank you SB.

For those who haven’t read through this whole LOG….

I was cruising on 300mg test for 12 weeks prior to this cycle.

Currently running:

Test E 525 mg per week
NPP 490 mg per week
Mast P 490 mg per week
TBOL 80mg daily

Arimidex 0.5mg E3D
Caber 0.5mg twice a week
Liquid Cialis 10mg daily

Noticed my leg veins while sitting there and figured some of you homos might wanna see.

No pump or anything like that, veins are just more prominent after one week in on this gear.

Headed to crush legs at the gym now. Workout will be:

WARM UP:
2 sets body squats 15-20 reps
2 sets body weight walking lunges 15-20
Knee pulses 100 reps each side

WORKOUT:

Leg Press (normal feet placement) 2X8-10
Leg Press (feet high on platform) 2X8-10
DB Walking Lunge 2X8-10
DB Bulgarian Split Squat 2X8-10 each leg
Leg Extension 2X8-10
Lying Leg Curl 2X8-10
Standing Calf Raise Machine 4X8-12
Hip Thrust Machine 2X8-10

Sounds to me like maybe you poked a nerve with your pin. Especially since non of the other pins have hurt. I get that every once in awhile with glute shots

Thanks bro. Damn. I couldn’t imagine drop sets on walking lunges. I freakin drop those weights and gasp for air when I’m done with my set

All of my reps on all of my exercises are SLOW, CONTROLLED reps. Zero fucking ego lifting going on. I’m already decently strong and have nothing to prove to anyone and I’m focusing on good form and progressive overload each week. I’ll start posting up my workouts each week. They will be the same exercises so it may get monotonous posting them. Every 4th workout I am switching exercises and rep ranges and moving from 8-10 reps to 15-20 then the following week I’m right back to my plan.

Yesterday’s workout:

LEGS

Leg Press (normal foot placement) 2X8-10
1. 8 plates each side - 10 reps
2. 8 plates each side plus a 25 - 9 reps

Leg Press (high feet placement) 2X8-10
1. 8 plates each side plus a 25 - 9 reps
2. 8 plates each side plus a 25 - 9 reps

DB Walking Lunges
1. 75lbs X10
2. 75lbs X10
(Both of these sets were too easy, weight definitely increasing next week)

DB Bulgarian Split Squat
1. 60lbs X 10 (too easy)
2. 70lbs X 10
(Weight will increase next workout)

Standing Calf Raise
1. 3 plates a side X 12
2. 3 plates a side X 12
3. 3 plates a side X 9
4. 3 plates a side X 10

Leg Extension
1. 160lbs X 12
2. 180lbs X 12
3. 180lbs X 12
4. 180lbs X 22

Lying Leg Curl
1. 70lbs X 14
2. 80 lbs X 11
3. 80 lbs X 9
4. 80 lbs X 7

Hip Thrust Machine
1. 4 plates a side X 11
2. 4 plates a side X 9

Overall I felt really strong. The gear (probably specifically the TBOL) was definitely doing its thing yesterday

My legs were really pumped just from my warm up sets.

Update:

Today is 13 days in. I started at 209 and today I weigh 215. I am just as lean as when I started 13 days ago so that’s awesome.

Strength is definitely up. Pumps are crazy.

I’ve been getting 4700-5000 calories on training days and around 4500 or so on OFF days and for the last week I’ve woken up tighter and weight has not gone up in about 3-4 days.

So some advice, should I start adding in cheat meals more often? I’ve had 2 in the last 13 days.

All of my calories are from clean food OTHER THAN some Cereal I have PRE and POST workout and two Rice Krispies I have intra workout.
