First of all I want to say SB has the best communication of any sponsor I’ve ever dealt with. As well as, the fastest delivery. I have not personally used the gear yet but I will be soon. I plan to log my run with SB’s gear and update it, hopefully, pretty often. Also, plan to get bloodwork and post up as well.
I am about to take a vacation trip so I’m postponing starting the cycle until sometime around January 7th or so. I originally planned fo start Jan 1.
My current stats are:
5’11”
208-210 pounds
Under 10 percent body fat (pics provided, you be the judge of that)
Been on Test only (300mg) the last 12 weeks.
Goal is to eat about 300 calories above maintenance starting out and increase each week and gain as much lean muscle mass as possible. Would love to end up around 225-230 pounds at no more than 12-13 percent body fat but I know that’s probably not doable?? You tell me.
Starting macros will be:
342 protein
402 carbs
50 fat
3,426 calories
Training will be focusing on progressive overload. Only a couple of exercises per body part each workout and consistently upping weigh or reps each week.
I’ll also keep cardio in at 30-40 minutes after each workout.
The cycle is listed below and what I’ve decided to run a after lots of questions and asking for help.
Wks 1-12 Test E 525mg per week
Wks 1-12 NPP 490mg per week
Wks 1-12 Mast P 490mg per week
Wks 1-8 TBOL 80mg daily
Anastrozole and Caber on hand
