First of all I want to say SB has the best communication of any sponsor I’ve ever dealt with. As well as, the fastest delivery. I have not personally used the gear yet but I will be soon. I plan to log my run with SB’s gear and update it, hopefully, pretty often. Also, plan to get bloodwork and post up as well.

I am about to take a vacation trip so I’m postponing starting the cycle until sometime around January 7th or so. I originally planned fo start Jan 1.

My current stats are:
5’11”
208-210 pounds
Under 10 percent body fat (pics provided, you be the judge of that)

Been on Test only (300mg) the last 12 weeks.

Goal is to eat about 300 calories above maintenance starting out and increase each week and gain as much lean muscle mass as possible. Would love to end up around 225-230 pounds at no more than 12-13 percent body fat but I know that’s probably not doable?? You tell me.

Starting macros will be:
342 protein
402 carbs
50 fat
3,426 calories

Training will be focusing on progressive overload. Only a couple of exercises per body part each workout and consistently upping weigh or reps each week.

I’ll also keep cardio in at 30-40 minutes after each workout.

The cycle is listed below and what I’ve decided to run a after lots of questions and asking for help.

Wks 1-12 Test E 525mg per week
Wks 1-12 NPP 490mg per week
Wks 1-12 Mast P 490mg per week
Wks 1-8 TBOL 80mg daily

Anastrozole and Caber on hand

You didn't outline your training or diet much at all.

Your going to focus on progressive overload

Your going to eat 300 calories a day over maintenence

What's the split look like? What exercises for those days? Do you rotate training weeks. How many rest days are you going to have? What's the volume look like? What about frequency? Lagging body parts your trying to bring up? If so, how?

What's the diet look like? High carbs, low fats. Low carbs high fats. Moderate both. Are you going to carb cycle? Pre intra post workout nutrition? Support supps? Hydration?

Like I said, you didn't give much to comment on.

It's not a dig, it's just my opinion.

I am unable to train every 3rd day so I’m doing a push pull legs type of split.

So basically it comes out to 2 sometimes 3 rest days a week depending on the week.

CHEST/SIDE DELTS/TRICEPS

Incline DB Press 2X8-10
Incline Smith Machine 2X8-10
Cable Fly 2X8-10

Seated DB Shoulder Press 2X8-10
Cable Side Lateral 2X8-10
DB Shrug 2X10-20

Everything seems on point to me man, I’m new to this though you’ve obviously been at this a while so I’ll leave to the pros to offer advice, I’m just gonna be here to follow your progress, your looking mean AF already.

I would slowly raise the cals over 2-3 weeks instead jumping straight to your set “gear diet”, it’s a chance you’ll look bloated real quick otherwise.

I would increase food around training each week until I started to see my weight going up.

I don't count calories or macros, I just add food where it's needed and adjust from there. So, if I were to be adding a set amount of calories, they would be carbs around training, and that would be a 50ish gram increase each time so 200 cals or so.

With your body type, I wouldn't think it would hurt you to jump right into higher calories either though. You might see a big jump on the scale but, if you held those changes there, you would get tighter over the weeks and see the scale drop back down I would assume.

I like the training. Looks like a good selection of exercises you can load effectively over time.

Diet looks solid as well.

One more thing. What about cardio? I just want to keep it in for heart health… I’m thinking 40 minutes after training. Incline treadmill on a light speed keeping heart rate around 120-130

What are your thoughts?

I would move it as far away from training as possible but, if you can't do it before bed, post training is probably the best time.

30 minutes would be more then enough imo.

Just need to accommodate food to make up for it.

Never used NPP or TBOL before.

For those of you who have used them. What were your experiences?

What was your “kick in time” in terms of days in until you noticed gains, and what kinds of gains?

Keep in mind, I’m “lean bulking”

Check the hplc testing thread. I know there are results from tbol and test cup in there. Some has sent out some samples to jano recently just don't know what was sent

I’ve injected a lot of gear over the years and I’ve NEVERRRRR had a crazy intense super painful burning sensation like I did just now.

Injected 75mg test e, 70mg NPP, and 70mg of mast prop

It burned so intensely for about 20-30 seconds

I looked up burning when injecting and everything was talking about Tren.

You don’t think you mixed any of the bottles up do you?

Side note..

I’ve done two injections so far with this gear the last two days. One in the glute and one in the left delt. No burning with either of those injections, some minor PIP though.

Today’s pin was in my right delt

Well like you said you’ve been doing this a long time. I’m new to this game but I’ve has intense burn after injection too. Sounds the same as yours. I didn’t really think too much into it though. It wasn’t the gear with me tho because that was the only pin that felt like that the rest were fine. I think maybe alcohol got in or I pushed to fast or something I dunno. But tren never really burns for me and I doubt they mixed up compounds man..

Yeah I definitely wasn’t being accusatory with that question. Just more or less offering up a possibility.

SB has been nothing but great to me so far for the record.

It just took me by surprise with how intense it was and the fact that I’ve never experienced that in years of doing injections is all. Hope that makes sense

No I’ve done two injections with this gear prior to the one this morning and had zero burning
