Today is a new day! Grateful to wake up with my family and be able to go lift some fucking weights. Immediately upon waking I shot 35g carbs and 50 grams of protein. Showered, shit and started my drive to the gym for redemption from yesterdays workout.

275 x 1 just a tester. Flew off the chest. Hit it a week earlier than anticipated. Should be at 315 shortly. I would say there was a decent chance I could have hit 315 today but I don’t like making big jumps blindly. Slow and steady wins the injury free race.

Today totally redeemed itself from yesterday. If you’re following along, you can see the strength of tren starting to roll on. These jumps in reps/# aren’t just happening for no reason. The SB Labs hex is real and doing its job. This is only week 3. Side wise, I’ve had the night sweats a couple of times, my mind is a sea of perversion, acid reflux, mildly quick triggered.
