I haven't had a Taco Bell in I don't know how long. No fast food for me, worse case is baked or fried chicken from the grocery store deli when I get to the big city for errands. Then I knock back a breast and 3 or 4 thighs and legs. Chase it with yogurt.

I know, crazy shit right?
The deli Fried Chicken is always a good choice I love the Safeway chicken tenders

Haha, I hit arms 2 times a week hard as fuck. At the end of every workout I also hit arms for about 5 sets of dumb bells. That has really helped me grow this last year. I got nothing for the shoulders brother I'm just super Lucky in that department just a lot of delt raises and heavy pressing. My chest is weak as fuck so my shoulder just take over most of the time.

Lol, I eat 2.2 pounds ground beef a day so 15.4 pounds a week. It really works, I'm on cholesterol medication now haha. Low dose. But to tell you the truth I never take it.
 
Today, definitely an off day. Feeling tired as fuck. Didn't get very good sleep last night was up pretty late. My fucking right arm just won't stop aching from the goddamn GH!

Three meat shakes down. Two more to go. Had a little bit of apple juice this morning. Just a taste, enough to make you want more.

Really just focusing on recovery today. Taking it easy watching TV, catching up on some movies I've missed, just chillin.Wife's about to go to the grocery store. Nap time. Hope you guys are having a nice relaxing Saturday as well!

That's how I felt this morning, but I had a couple drinks at a Halloween party.

I wasn't happy, but if I'm going to miss one day at the gym for the week, Sunday is the perfect day for it!!!

Tomorrow, we come back rested and stronger!!

Man you have some solid gains for sure. I really don't know much about Tren Hex. But it looks like your killing it. Your diet is absolutely hilarious 3 lbs of ground beef a day lol. Your workout routine is pretty good too.
 
Just left the gym, just destroyed legs, and some chest and arms as well. Felt pretty good. Definitely feeling stronger than a mother fucker. I'm always motivated to get into the gym but nowadays it's just ridiculous, that's all I want to do. I Took 50mg Winstrol, 4ius GH into delt 45mins out, also 20ius of insulin in the parkinglot. Pumps were skin tearing, haha.

This hex has me hitting PR's every day. That kind of strength when you pick up a weight and it's like damn that's it. I thought my water bottle was empty, but that mother fucker was full usually I can feel it by weight not anymore lol. Injection went nice and smooth yesterday doing 2.5 cc's every other day now. A little more oil than I like but still smooth. Never any lumps so I'll keep pushing it.

Diet has been great, did fuck up a little bit today and had two breakfast sandwiches I made at home so not really that bad just not my typical meals.

Other than that feeling great getting leaner and leaner by the day. Have nothing bad to say about SB's gear. Everything on point and my physique is changing daily 💪

Hex is great! My first time with it. Very happy! Ya... My diet is very simple. I don't over complicate things. Takes me 20mins to meal prep all week haha

Ya, couple drinks will do that to you haha. It was a scheduled day off. Was thinking about doing some cardio definitely said fuck that lol. Got a great one in today!! Day off was well needed!
 
Kind if a shity day. Ate my first meal then started to feel like shit. Only have had one meal today. Feel pretty good..

Today is chest shoulders and triceps, hopefully my diet today doesn't affect my training but I'm sure it will. Pumps will be complete shit still going to push through.

Today's the day, going to bump up Hex to 200mg a week.

Ready to fuckin go!! Once I take my pre-workout I'll get in the zone and put down some work!!

Not a good start to Monday for me but I'll make it work tomorrow can only be better.


 
Even though I had a shitty day, I forced myself to get in there, and it turned out to be a great training session. Started with shoulders, then did triceps, then chest. Due to lack of hydration and carbs didn't get a super good pump, I'd say 70% of what I'm used to.

I've probably eaten a thousand calories today, maybe. Dinner is just going to have a can of tuna and maybe 75G of rice, and go to bed.

Normally I don't have a problem dieting, because I'm never really hungry. The only new compound I'm using is Trenbolone Hex, and this shit is making me hungrier than a mother fucker!! Not even Winstrol is curbing my appetite. I've been in a bulk for three straight years Force feeding myself. Now I'm used to it and can't go back to eating nothing.

This has by far been the hardest cut I've ever participated in. I ain't no bitch though going to keep pushing.

The funny thing is I'm getting leaner, but the scale isn't showing it it's actually going up, lol.

tuna and rice will put you back in cut mode every time! Keep going Brother, you're halfway there!
