If you do that you eliminate human motivation and action. There is no such thing as altruism or selfless actions.

I guess I should have stated negative ego. Our unwillingness to be wrong or correct negative behavior. A positive ego if very necessary. The negative one isn’t. Our negative ego is our shadow. Once that is gone or understood. Making better decisions and understanding ourselves and others will be better

Everybody gets mistreated for one reason or another by someone. Thats called life ... life isnt "fair". 🤷
If you focus on the negative, or even worse, self-identify as a "victim" ... you are only making worse.
