I would have to say having a set of abs is a new thing for me. It is nice to look good with the shirt off. I feel that this was not at all easy but after going through my losses, things like the transformation and many other obstacles in life are cake in comparison. I reached my goal and now letting the body rest for 4-6 weeks. Going light duty to fix some drying out issues that popped up along the way. I need a new goal now. I work better with the pressures of a finish line and a goal date. The mind is powerful and easily tricked into bad habits. I need to keep a set point for body fat and achieve a new goal. This week is a roller coaster with diet, emotion and control. Not going to be to hard on myself this week and relax over the 4th with a few missed beers and cheers. I may have some pizza and hop back to new reality Monday. Grind for a new goal. Bring the chest and shoulders up is on the list. Just how to make it a goal is the question.
Again thanks for the support. Bringing up my son was difficult. I now know why I did what I did and know how to mentally break through. One would think this is a physical game. It's the complete opposite, mental is the name of this game and the physical part almost becomes therapy for the mind.
