I haven’t in awhile but I used to a lot it’s a good warm up exerciseLast few months I’ve been getting into rowing as cardio.... anyone of my over 40 brothers row? Gets my heart rate high and fast, non impact and in my opinion, is close to being a total body workout

That’s the only form of “cardio” that I can stand, running is like torture for me…so boring. I just added 250 of primo on top of my 250 Test E and I’ve been hitting the rowing machine for 60 minutes a day (no intervals, 60 straight) trying to cut some of this fat off I got during my Bulk. Down 3-4 lbs this week, so far good.Last few months I’ve been getting into rowing as cardio.... anyone of my over 40 brothers row? It's a great workout I love how u can focus on parts of your back based on how u row u can even do unilateral. Sadly my gym doesn't have one anymore. Thought about buying one actually but idk how much I would use it in my house
Hey man I was looking to pick up a rower for at home cardio. It seems like the smartest and most efficient form of cardio with very little, if any, impact on joints. What kind of rower do you use? Can you recommend any home rowers??Last few months I’ve been getting into rowing as cardio.... anyone of my over 40 brothers row? Yeah a sub 7 minute 2000 meter row is legitMid-30's here but I use my rower all the time. My favorite is going hard until I get a sub 7 minute 2000 meters. That's when you know you're in good shape.
