Back at it. It was a shit week last week. My 1st step dad died, then mom had a really bad stroke, I got in a fight and broke my finger, then my disabled uncle fell and hit his head on hearth. When it rains it pours I suppose. Mom's doin much better now and finally walked yesterday and she's talking at 80% too. Arm's still dead tho and leg won't quite bend all the way.

Today was a gnarly day. Lost one rep on ham curls but did add 10lbs so I'll call it a win. Got a wild hair up my ass and did a ret pause set for quads instead of the programmed 2 sets AAAND I PUKED IN THE PARKING LOT
Added 20lbs to calf raise and matched reps.
If the in body scan is right I've built a pound of muscle in each leg this year already.

That sucks! Ive done it ! ! Usually it’s leg day for most but, I puked doing Biceps ! I didn’t even have enough time to hit the l’eau or the garbage ..just yacked all over ! It sucked but …I actually got some nice female sympathy from the female staff . I thought they’d be pissed or grossed out , smh ! Most of the time though legs are the workouts that do it ! Hells Yeah. . Looking great ! Talk about fingers or hand hurting ..I’ve had to use implements for a while ! My hand was broke one too many times , not to mention fingers ! It sucks but my anti- Inflammatory diet and supps have made it tolerable. Took years to get under control . Max

Just go through the circuit style training.(I use the girls section) no shit ! Lol

Woke up this am feeling like ass!!! Nausea and feverish and weak. I did eventually sleep majority of it off but costed me 2 meals. I was pissed thinking I was sick since everyone around me has had flu or COVID last couple weeks since I go the Arnold this weekend. I'm good now tho I think.
