Damn, gone for the weekend and my log way down the list. My people's been at it geez.
So I started cruise couple weeks ago and DC training says to drop to str8 sets for cruise and cuts/preps so today I switched it up a bit. Instead of the typical DC rest pause sets it'll be 1x6-8 and 1 muscle round(sets of 4 with 10 sec. breaks between. 6th set is to failure if haven't achieved it already and today I did not make it that far)

I fuckin loved DC style!!! Especially those calf raises OOOWWWWIIIEEDante press down. Love it ! I haven’t done a DC workout forever . I have six main styles I grew up doing and Doggcrapp was one that I enjoyed . Just seeing the name made me reminisce!
