It's crazy how much a body can change in a couple days. I felt bug, full, and strong as fuck today. Look like a totally different human in the mirror today as well. Extra rest and cals are the culprit I know but damn. Was an awesome day at gym. Adding 50lbs to a lift and only losing 3 reps, I'll take that shit any day. Leg is still fucked tho. Didn't bother me when doin my landmine rows tho. It ssem s to hurt most when I dorsi(?) flex the ankle(toes toward chin). Anywho,

Thanks v. Ive gotten pretty lucky. I Barr even trained them directly last year. Whole body seems to be responding to this DC training. Seems for me hit shit hard fast and let it rest. Frequency trump's volume for me it seemsMan this is the best and fullest your shoulders have looked to date..
I think you're right. Been resting a lot more too but I'm taking more steps than ever at work. According to my Google fit I'm at ~25,000 steps a dayI noticed his total muscle size & weight has gone up. Looks great; he may be getting to that stage where his metabolism is gonna slow down a bit; which is awesome because I’ve watched it happen to a few of my guys and they are able to get a lot bigger . Great job Sam!

I really thought I'd have a mediocre day at best after being sick for a week but I be damned if I didn't kill the log book. Got extra reps on my 2nd and 3rd RP set pressing and the first set were clean unassisted and no butt off the bench so I'm calling that progress as well even tho the reps didn't change. My calf is still fucked so I didn't load it again with rack pulls plus my lungs were pretty shot anyway so I did hammer low rows instead. This calf problem is really starting to worry me a bit. Damn thing just gives out at times now on top of the pain. No swelling or bruising tho so it's just odd.

Oh it's brutal in the moment. The weighted stretches are the worst tho.Sucks getting sick. After that Covid (omicron) deal I got , holy shit, 2 of the days I literally thought “I’m probably dying tonight “ for real . Couldn’t even reach to get my cup next to me . Horrid. The few times I’ve gotten the flu twice in 10 years ; right after , I am sad and people always say ; “Shit, I’d like to get the flu if I could get that ripped ! “ lol. I bounce back quickly . DC is some great Hard ass work. Ran a few times . If it’s not hard , the person is doing it wrong !.
We need to get back in action ; always enjoyed your training vids and talking .

Yea saw before bout ya girl. SuxI just got the new Fitbit from a client friend for Xmas. I haven’t opened it yet , don’t need another toy to figure out (I’ve had other similar stuff . I just got a new QLED webOS TV (used for work as my screen in office/entertainment room. Have the super thin keyboard /mouse /headgear ; all that but It’s a bit different than using a iOS phone , tablet . Basically a 65” Computer screen , lol uses Google but of course I had to do my checks and balances before using it . Basically I can see or do anything , even my ovens are controllable when your out. I’m not using all that shit yet As I’m still doing the walk in. More time without someone taking my time away Now z
